I am always highly appreciative when someone gives me something to work with.

Although the fact check information is a bit misleading.

Anyone has access to their long form birth certificate (as a matter of fact, in my state, it is the only type issued).
It is in NO WAY difficult to obtain a copy of this, unless of course your name happens to currently be B. H. Obama.

I am not sure about the State Department and their qualifications for the other candidates.
I am merely commenting on the fact that every other naturally born citizen that I know, and I literally mean all of them, is able to obtain a long form copy of their birth certificate. This is the law and it is because of the UCC.

I can't help but ask, why the reluctance from obama?

Every naturally born US citizen has access to this long form birth certificate, because it is a contract.
And without that piece of paper, the resulting applicable laws pertaining to the 14th Amendment would not be enforceable.
Because it is a CONTRACT, the original must be kept on hand to be presented in a court to be enforceable.
The short form certificate is essentially for HR purposes and it is not a legally binding contract. .
The long form certificate is the actual contract that establishes citizenship.

I have nothing against obama, but what I do have is a deep respect for the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution for the united states of America.
And if he is in violation of the Constitution, then it is our duty as Americans to remove him from office.

Don't get me wrong. I voted for the fool and I tried to get others to do the same.
But he is either a liar, at best, or a traitor who is guilty of treason, at worst.

To confuse this thread further...after spending wednesday morning stuck to Cspan, And reading of the ATS owners conversation @ capitol hill with a lobbyist, my conclusion was this: citizens arrive en masse and toss corporate lobbyists from our property, no more in your face pocket stuffers....hmm...wait a tick...DC isn't considered a part of the U.S. is it??

No, DC is not in any way apart of the country of America.
You are very correct.

DC is actually an incorporated municipality and a subsidiary of sorts of the Federal Government, which is a corporation.
Neither one has anything whatsoever to do with the country of America.

We have been told that they are one in the same for so long that we have forgotten that our country is ours individually and not collectively, a republic and NOT a democracy.
The Federal Government is set up more like a Democracy, and the propaganda that we are fed daily reinforces this fallacy.

The main difference between the two has to do with the 14th Amendment and the nature of our rights.
In a democracy, rights are created out of statute, and they are not inalienable and god given.
Whereas in a republic, rights are bestowed by the creator and they cannot be interpreted. They are enforced through the common law principle of stare decisis.
If we were based on common law then the Bill of Rights would not be subject to interpretation.
The only reason that we have anything close to access to the first 10 Amendments is because of the process of incorporating the bill of rights into the due process clause of the 14th Amendment.

We have contracted our rights to the Federal Government.
We have unknowingly, through the adhesion contract known as our certificate of live birth, made the Federal Government our Daddy.

So so so so very sad indeed.

In my opinion, it all boils down to the idea that if you give the nutters what they want in an attempt to placate them, you will always be at their mercy. Let's say he goes through the process of filing for long form certificate (which is not required by law to be elected to any position). He shows the certificate, all is well and good. Then, they ask for his social security card to prove he doesn't have one of those imaginary 27 fake numbers. Then they ask for his primary school records to see if he was registered as Mulsim. Then they ask for his college papers to see if he's "a dirty socialist". Then they ask for Michelle's birth certificate, "just to be sure". Then they ask for records about his father, to be sure he isn't connected to any radical groups.

If he provides just ONE of these unnecessary documents, people will be up in arms if he doesn't supply any other document they "demand" unlawfully. There is a website devoted to just such a silly controversy. When Glenn Beck was on the forefront of the "birther" campaign, someone decided to make a site claiming Beck had raped and killed a girl in 1991 (based on a joke about Bob Sagat). Beck hasn't provided proof he DIDN'T rape and kill a girl because, in his own words, the claim is ridiculous. This is the same logic that Obama is using about the long form. Why should he have to provide further proof of his citizenship when no other candidate in American history has been asked to provide more than what he has?

Stating that obama is a liar is pretty much common knowledge.
I don't know why you would say that I have no evidence for that.
If you really want me to link all of his speeches and his promises that he completely back tracked on, then I will, but I would think that you would know this without me having to tell you.

As far as the treason comment goes, I did not accuse him, but I stated that he could be guilty of treason. Big difference between the two.
We do not know the answer to the treason comment, and we will not ever know as long as he continues to spend millions upon millions of dollars to keep certain parts of his past a secret.

I love how valid points are completely ignored in discussions like these.


I'm still waiting for an explaination on how the actions of the member of the House of Reps would be an impeachable offense for Obama.


The person who suggeted this got plenty of stars...yet no one cares to explain how this makes any sense at all.

I voted for Obama. When Bush was running the show I had the same feelings you have now. I wished every day that someone with a high powered rifle would end him. Nowadays I feel like the man in charge may actually care about the regular people and not just the rich ones.

So you need to accept the fact that OBAMA is your president. DEAL WITH IT or get the hell out of America. I certainly considered going to Canada when W was driving our country off a cliff. They have a better health care system up north you know. Universal health care. Here in corporate America I haven't been able to afford health care since 2004.

As for the social security numbers, there are plenty of them scattered on the net as well, such as the stolen identity of someone from Connecticut who a was born in 1890 and died in 1976 SSN: 042-68-4425. He still uses this number even today as his main SSN. Then there is 042-68-4225, and 042-68-4424 (Thomas Wood) also from Connecticut.
Orly Taitz filed 39 numbers ascribed to Obama including these Georgia SSN's: 420-67-2965 and 423-29-2961

Yeah you can go digging through the threads to find some information to back up your statement, but it seems like you created this off of emotion more than anything else. If you do find some opinions, do you think that you are going to be able to combat a heavily reasonable argument?

On one of them just rewatch Obama's state of the union where he disses the Supreme Court knowing they cannot respond.

A lot of what he says is just common knowledge at this point.

Being how hindsight is 20/20 and we're all blind in foresightedness...
But yet as each day progresses and yesterdays events become more clear...
If I had known what Hitler had in store; not making any comparison with Obama, because he hasn't YET warranted it, though in my heart he is on the wrong path...Let's say if he gives the go-ahead to attack Iran, and start the end, I will have wished really really badly that He would've got impeached before it could go down.
Now I realize I have just lost this argument/debate. I gave it a good try though no?

How about providing some proof that Obama used those SSN numbers - and by proof I do not mean some silly birther website by someone like Orly Taitz!

Let's see, no elected official will ever be impeached for doing the bidding of the shadow groups and the banking cabals that are pulling their strings,

The POTUS is nothing more then a puppet being systematically and intentionally being played by an outside marionette. Either he does what they want or else he's dead.

Follow the connections, follow the money as to who is in fact and is driving this. That will lead (as it always does) to an even bigger story then you've ever expected.

I have since forgiven Bush 43 for all he did as it wasn't him at all doing these things, he was being played the same way they are playing Obama. Do not blame the puppet, blame the puppeteer!

Those that stand to gain the most from any item are the ones who is driving anything remember this.

Check the documents that have been made available already. Some of them are online (the one's the CIA have approved anyway).

For example, compare Obama's Selective Service registration and the SSN listed thereon. ooops! Dead give away, I must admit. My favorite synopsis is this one:

Then compare it with other known documents and you will begin to see a pattern....a very disconcerting pattern.

Yeah, the CIA has scrubbed much of that information from public view. But they can't hide it forever.

Michele Obama helped launder millions of dollars in real estate sales for Tony Rezko & Co. Apparently B.H. Obama did the leg work. This is where the brunt of his Social Security numbers is hidden. Every sale involved another stolen SSN, usually from a deceased person (who would be unlikely to contradict any they said, ahem).

Then there is Obama's mama who played around in the financial circles as well.

The facts are there. So you dig them out like these others have done. They have done their leg work, and it is pretty conclusive. But there is absolutely no way any of them will be able to bring down the current POTUS while he is in power. Sad day for America.
