Traditional Americans are Losing their Nation

What the heck is a "traditional American"?

America was founded by people who were tired of the status quo. That's not exactly traditional. And the problems that America has cannot be blamed on only one faction of society.

Is not reason to slam the source, my friend, for over a decade since the Clinton Globalization and the encouragement of the Chinese to invest and buy America debt our nation has been turn into an open House for anybody to come a buy a piece of it, everyday we lose more and more of our nations and many here have not idea how bad is becoming.

This under mind our nationality, our sovereignty and our rights to defend our nation.

Our Armies will be one day fighting the wars of those nations that owns most of America.

Just a few thoughts from an old traditional guy.

1) If Hillary Clinton were in office doing what Obama is doing, I woiuld be just as upset as I am with Obama.

2) Gov't takeover of our entire healthcare industry is not reform.

3) Obama is lying. We will lose all choices very soon if the takeover happens. And he DOES intend to give illegal aliens full access to healthcare. Illegals will have effectively jumped ahead of those waiting to become citizens the legal way.

4) I've never seen deficit projections like there is now.

5) I've never seen Federal spending like I do now. I complained loudly when Bush over spent.

6) Where are the stimulus jobs? Where is the concern from this administration for those who have been unemployed for months?

7) An American President should always defend the USA. Especially from 2 bit dictators like Chavez. Bush did not do it, Obama does not do it.

8) Free enterprize is fantastic. Leave it alone. If a business fails, let it. Thats part of the process. Other businesses will fill the gaps. New opportunities will automatically be created.

9) No President I know of has surrounded himself with the leftist radicals like Obama. They are not loyal Americans who seek to build this country up. They are planning a whole new Socialist America.

These are some thoughts from al old traditional American.

I'm not sure why you would post an article that would rile the hippies up, you had to know 80% of the people on here would make fun of you and think your a racist. All I know is most professionals I know, Doctors, lawyers, etc have moved out of America or are in the process of doing so including my wife and I who are both doctors. This country is completely worthless now. The PC garbage is boiled over as far as I'm concerned and every day is just a giant lie to each other while everyone plays make believe. I realize everyone doesn't have a good education with the money to leave, but if you do, or anyone does, they should think of leaving America and going somewhere better. Italy, Japan, Canada, and Germany are the most popular destinations of everyone I know.

I'm not exactly sure why these articles focus so much on the white population of America. I don't think it's racist, I don't understand the mentality that America somehow "belongs" to the whites. And I'm white, btw.

Anyway, about the social programs. I think the problem is the system allowing, yes "allowing", people to abuse these systems. Social programs like welfare are meant to help people get back onto their feet, not to enable them to leech off the system. Some people are so ashamed to have to accept a handout in the form of government welfare, while others flaunt it.

Case in point, someone I know of (I'm once removed from them) has EVERYTHING, paid for by the government. Food, rent, daycare, and yes, they even get cold hard cash. They haven't worked a single day for at least 8 years. At least. When I first knew about this person, she was sending her two kids to daycare that the state paid for even though she DIDN'T WORK. She sat at home while they were at daycare. I was under the impression that it was a faulty system in that her two kids were not of school age yet so that was the reason they enabled her to do this. I thought once the kids started going to school they would cut back her welfare. NOPE! Both kids are now 7 and 9 and she still sits on her butt all day smoking pot while she gets her rent paid, her food bought, and a cash allowance from the government every month.

When my parents first divorced and my mom's health went down the tubes so it was hard for her to find a job, she sucked up her pride and tried to just get foodstamps. Only foodstamps. They wouldn't give her any because they said she "made too much".

My sister tried the same thing when she hit a rough patch a little bit ago and got the same answer.

Really? So someone who was brought to the point of asking the government to help them pay for food only makes too much money?!

My sister made the "joke" that she would be much better off if she just quit her job. Then, she said, she could get as much help as the person I spoke of earlier did.

Obviously, it's not a joke, because it's true. And THAT is what is wrong with the system. That's why it is costing so much money.

I don't think the programs themselves are a bad thing. I think the way it's being run is a bad thing.

Funny how no one has bothered to put forth their definition of what "traditional America" looks like so you get the idea of a comparison of where people stand versus where America is now.

Here's mine:

Traditional America means:

* You work hard and are paid accordingly
* You look out for your family first
* Charity, like religion, is OPTIONAL
* All races & genders of LEGAL American citizens are treated euqally and paid equally for doing equal levels of work; IE executive women make the same as executive men; black executives make the same as Latino executives who make the same as white executives all doing the same job
* State, City and federal taxes all combine to pay teachers of public schools and teachers are paid well (at least into the middle class tax bracket to start);
* The average of a student's grades determine whether they graduate high school, not passing a state mandated test like TAKS; teachers teach history, reading, writing, math, science, economics, etc. and not how to take some idiotic state mandated test like TAKS;
* Welfare is limited only to those who truly need it
* All religions are respected equally; no one religion gets special treatment from the government
* Markets remain free as does trade;
* Corporations are not bailed out by the government but fail due to their own mismanagement or thrive because of their success
* Crimes are punished severely and swiftly
* Soldiers are always respected for their service to their country
* We hold fast and steady and true to the United States Constitution the way the Framers' originally intended; if an amendment is needed then it goes through the process as was intended;
* The U.S. Supreme Court does NOT legislate from the bench, but ONLY interprets the Constitution and applies that to cases;
* People respect the land (Earth) they live on and treat it accordingly

etc.

Does that make sense? Can you see where the America of today differs sharply from the "traditional America" that I expect? Perhaps aspects of the traditional America I envision never existed, but that's not to say that they shouldn't.

Sooner or later, hopefully, folks will learn that running from things will only save your butt for so long...

It's sad that rather than helping the situation, you and your wife turn up your noses much like your "professional" acquaintances and leave...

It's the equivalent of taking your ball and going home... Sad that a "good education with the money to leave" doesn't teach you that lesson in life...

To me the facts are no matter what color your skin is the state of the union is not good.
TODAY? How about living in TODAY working on a plan for tomorrow.
I dont care about the Egyptians enslaving or the Romans enslaving or Africans selling Africans to White European slave masters,

I would think eveyones view of whats Traditional is going to be compiled by their experience, then by the collective.

So is it more important to say that
The Traditional American is losing their Nation,
or
The American Nation is Lost. (without a compass)

I would have loved to make a great point about how the 'Traditional America' is a phantasm and other such things, but it seems others have beaten me too it. I would like to say that I star all how oppose this kind of backward thinking. If you really want to bring back the 60's thats fine, but people have been doing drugs, being poor, and other nonsence for all time. The diffrence today is that you have 24 hour news to remind you that it is there.

Respectfully I shall disagree...

There is nothing wrong with multi-racial mixing.. blacks, asians, whites.. we all exist largely with the same culture. While Asians did build their own communities, they still integrated quite nicely, they rarely ever caused problems, and never challenged American culture.

But there IS a huge problem with multiculturism.

Multiculturism is essentially different groups coexisting side by side, not as one. Illegal immigrants from Mexico are a perfect example.

Typically the "left" has worked to destroy "american" culture in favor of other cultures. Whites obviously feel they are being targeted for being born white. The system has turned racist against us. So what can we do? . . White men, specifically men, represent 70+% of all jobs lost in this recession... is it any wonder they are feeling backed into a wall? Whites WILL cling to their guns, their religions, their politics will become more radical. Its natural progression of political solitude: no one represents us.

But when I'm proud that I'm a white american, I am considered a racist?

Anyone who is proud to be a "color" should be considered at least semi-racist...

I'm proud to be a human being, with what I hope are upstanding morals that benefit all who come into contact with me... Why put up the border of being proud to be a "colored" person, even if that color is white?...

In fact, the "color" itself represents a race to most people who use it, when, in fact, we are all a part of the human race, regardless of our skin pigmentation...

"Multi-cultural" actually means 'any culture but the traditional white culture' and 'racist' means 'something that only white folks are'.

I totally agree with the OP that "Traditional Americans are Losing..."
We do everything we can to keep them isolated on reservations with slum-like conditions. Many are quickly losing their languages and ethnic identities in the wake of modern politics. They have some of the lowest life expectancies of all Americans...they are ostracized, forgotten about, and too often victimized.

I firmly agree that our country owes an incredible debt to "Traditional Americans." I only wish the rest of my countrymen would act upon what is obvious to all of us...starting with the re-authorization of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act.

There are extremists on all sides, it's just white folks (I can speak on this, as I am white) have a hard time admitting it and NOT making themselves the victim in situations like these...

I guess all Mexicans are illegal, all Blacks are poor, and none of these people are affected in any negative way by anything the current administration does... It's ONLY white people, and they have every right to form ignorant militias seemingly cloaked as some of the "good guys" for the sheep to follow...

PC, aka Political Correctness, is not a law...its just a long word that means common manners...and you are not required to be politically correct...feel free to be as outspoken as the westboro baptist church if you want...its your right.

Incidently, where are you going? The only conservative area in the world I am aware of either speaks chinese, korean, or islamic. I hear those places are a blast...literally.
