Major General says president's eligibility needs proof

As an active duty soldier, I must insist you not lump us all together when you say your arguement is supported by us. As I do not support your moronic accusations that you make day after day.

President Obama is our President. It's okay, in 4 years we might get a Republican Presidetnt. If not, then theres always 2016. Democrates aren't out to get you or make your life miserable. If you think about it, President Obama really hasn't done anything much differantly then President Bush did. Granted it has only been a month, but so far everything is normal.

Stop digging through google for news from sources people will ridicule you for and pay attention to what is really going on with the President.

You might be suprised on what is going on. Though I admit I am not 100% satisfied with him, but neither was I of President Bush.

So if you look up at that comment, you will see it isn't replying to any other.

Even U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., said during a meeting with constituents in Cullman County a few days ago he has never seen proof the new president was born in Hawaii. And continues, "Well, his father was Kenyan and they said he was born in Hawaii, but I haven't seen any birth certificate," Shelby said. "You have to be born in America to be president." Again, a U.S. Senator said that. These people coming forward are not cowards......but they are scared. They are scared that our Republic will not exist much longer if crooks like the Bush family, the Clinton family, and the Obama family continue to destroy us.

You do realise he is discrediting your source right? I don't know why you are agreeing with him.

He called this "Major General" part of the extreme right who has infiltrated the military and that could lead to them over throwing the government.

Firstly, I'm not lumping you with anyone. I made a comment about active duty and non active military persons. I can say that because that's what they are. If you feel like you were offended, then you created that offence. No offence was made.

That makes three articles on WND saying soldiers are questioning his eligibility, and there are still several lawsuits waiting to be decided on as far as I am aware. I'm still a bit skeptical about the WND articles since they are the only ones reporting this, however to say that false information is being knowingly posted is a bit of a stretch. Once every lawsuit has been dismissed or otherwise decided on, then yeah, but they haven't been.

The most common argument I have heard over the last several months on here is that Obama doesn't have to show any one person his BC and that even if he did no one would believe it. I haven't read any case that asks for the plaintiff specifically to be given access to his BC, everything I have seen asks that it be validated by someone that is impartial and not on his payroll. Personally I don't think that's too much to ask. Just let it be validated by someone impartial, and no I don't consider FactCheck.org to be completely impartial, and get it over with.

Also it's important to keep in mind that the lawsuits that have been dismissed, have been dismissed because the court ruled the plaintiff didn't have standing and the court didn't have jurisdiction. Not because they didn't think there was a case or because they didn't think there was any truth to it. The problem is figuring out who exactly has standing so that one case will actually be heard and decided on. If these WND articles are true, then perhaps the courts will decide that someone in the military does have standing now that Obama is the CIC. All it takes is one single, solitary case to be decided on, and the controversy will end.

Hmm, all these white men are saying a black man can't be president but you say again its not about race? John McCain was born in Panama but since he's white they had no problem. Obama was born in Hawaii, an American state, but he's black so they can't let him be president. Yeah, no race involved, just no problem with a white man born in Panama but a huge problem with a black man born in Hawaii. Also, isn't the FBI, NSA, CIA, impartial?

Obviously you are going to reply more so why make multiple post? Just lump it all into one. That way you don't look stupid when you start your paragraph with "firstly" and you don't follow up with a secondly for about another 15 minutes.

So if these soldiers were black there wouldn't be a problem then? I think you just have a problem with a white person questioning Obama in any way. You see racism where there is none.

You misunderstood my post, or you're distorting what I posted.

I'm not questioning whether there are people in the Military, even former or current Generals, who would question Obama's place of birth, what I said is that there are people (dankai being one of them) posting false information.

dankai posted this image in this post, and then here told us to go see the pictures, as if they proved something.

As I demonstrated here the questions raised by that picture are false. Me and others have posted this information before, at least twice, to a post by dankai and he either didn't address or acknowledged it.

Are you insinuating the Hawaii state officials who confirmed they had Obama's original records, and the certificate he presented is valid, were not impartial or were on his payroll?

But... There are no black soldiers saying a black man can't give them orders. Only white men saying they won't take orders from a black man. But had no problem with a Native Panamanian running for office since he was white.

There is no transparency with Obama's birth certificate, nor his background, nor his cabinet choices. The list is endless.

The only transparency about Obama's Oval Office is that he intends to alter this nation with strict Socialist Reform.

What he campaigned to do was wrong. What he is doing now is wrong. It flies in the face of what this nation was formed upon & what our founding fathers established.

I fought in two wars to defend and uphold us from enemies both outside & within. I am sickened to the very core of my soul by what I see before me. All that I have served this land to defend with my life is being cut down before my eyes, & I have to stand and watch. (Let us free the terrorists who attack us. Let us feel pity for them who murdered thousands of our fellow Americans.) This is not the land of my fathers, nor of my pride! I would say, why the hell should Obama show his Birth Certificate to one and all?

Do you when you apply for a job, go around the factory showing the workforce your birth certificate? ........ No you dont, why should the US President then.

I would dare to say that any contender for the US President comes under more scrutiny than any other US Citizen ....... if there was anything wrong, it would have been found.

I'm not going to stand here and deny there is racism and that could be the reason why some people don't want or like to see Obama as President of the United States, but this is about a legal issue.

Address the legal side of this matter, because all else is just a waste of everyone's time, and distract us all from discussing the issues at hand.
