Ouch... try taking it into photoshop and lightening it. Even then, with no frame of reference, it'll be kind of hard to prove the stars are moving if you get anything to show up.

Wow, you guys are just a bucketful of impatience. Chill out already.
Don't give me this "Two hours!" crappulance, go take a look at your own skies instead of waiting here for others to do your work.

The_Glen. May I suggest your NOT announcing pix until they are ready for the thread. It encourages rudeness in posting.

At your leisure.

Cuhail

(EDIT- Yeah, brighten them up a bit. Thanks for trying though.)

All I was able to do here at work. Got something there anyway, what it is is up to you. Again, with nothing else in the image and no way to compare the spots you took the pics at, I hate to say this but they are pretty much worthless.
Sorry mate.

Well those two dots you circled in the first pic were what I saw in the camera screen just two dots, Don't know why when it's blown up it's so dark...

T_G, I still need a direction. North sky? South sky? Over the Lake? What?

Where are you seeing them?

I really want to see them too.

Nowhere near a lake some went over my house, all of them heading north to Wisconsin. What part of Illinois are you from?

I'm in Ingleside, right between Round Lake and Fox Lake in the NW Corner of Lake County. The Lake I refered to was Lake Michigan, 2-5 miles due east of you. You ARE in Glenview, right?

Okay, here's what I got using Micrographx.

The first is the full shot brightened and contrasted a little.

The second picture is a blowup of the object on the right

The third picture is a blowup of the object on the left:

Hopes this helps a bit.

Wow man thanks for brightening those up a bit maybe I did catch what I saw. Those dots look a lot like orbs you see in ghost pics. Maybe it can be dust? In the first pic you can see a very tiny dot far below the orb on the top left which seems to make a triangle...

Okay. Did ya see that really bright star in the southern sky? Yeah, I was pretty much looking at that planet all night. My best view is the southern sky. I was watching it all night from about 8:30 to off and on still.

Nothing moved oddly from my vantage point. At this moment, I can see literally thousands of stars. Bright constellations like the Dippers and sheets of small, very distant stars. I have a GREAT sky tonite! I've seen twenty or so shooting stars. (Perseid Preview???)

I would of seen stars moving man, I would of. I was looking.

I'm NOT calling you a liar, but, we are so close to each other, I should have seen the stars you refer to.

Yeah, if you "connect the dots", you might get something like THIS.
That would be quite a large object, eh ?

This is exactly what I saw there were lots of these stars making triangle shapes that were moving in unisone like the lights under a triangular craft if you know what I mean?

@ Cuhali idk man they might have just faded away or switched directions when they got out of my sight, BUT I saw these things very early like 7:30p.m so idk when you went to look out cause they might have already passed you.

I don't know, I was going to ask as well. It could be, I had my nephews inexpensive telescope (MUCH better than the binocs I usually am stuck with) and even with that, I could make out two moons very close to it.

It was still VERY light out at 7:30 man. Heck, I went out at 8:30 and it was still light out. I watched the first stars become visible...and then continued to stare at the sky. (I have about 6 layers of bug spray on)

Those are definitely NOT photo orbs. Theres too much complexity to them. I have a feeling that if it isn't within our atmosphere they're some sort of satellite (current tech or black tech) that is creating its own magnetic field. I say this because I can somewhat see some more hard-edged shapes.

Well, the other day at the Dollar Store I ran into a guy who's an amateur astronomer and asked him if that bright object was Venus. He authoritatively told me it is Jupiter, so okay. Good enough. His day job is running the local liquor store though. Hmmm? Lol.
