I see these too, but I really thought they were satellites. I think iridium flares are pretty interesting, so I watch for them along with other astronomical phenomena. I catch this type of moving star at least once a month, I even saw a pair of them a while back, that moved together and brightened, then faded. I haven't noticed any backward or spinning movements that would convince me these weren't satellites. There are calculators online where you can track different satellites and when they are going to flare, so next time you see one like this, check the calculator and you can be sure one way or the other!

I was taking a piss in my friends back yard and a shadow popped up in front of me that had a human shape, I thought it was mine for a sec so I moved a but to see if it would move and it didn't, it stayed and was just moving a little bit on its own. I'm pretty sure it was a ghost. I also noticed a presence in my room...

Dude, check out Shadow People...I believe this is what that was...Oh yeah, you don't really want to fool with these things.

However, if you can make contact with aliens, why not. Maybe they will show you some cool things, maybe not. I doubt they would probe you if you initiate contact...but what do I know?

Those shadow people sound damn scary! think il keep the light on tonight haha... either im raving mad or this is really happening but I keep finding myself saying things in my mind to the aliens arrrgh.

JustJoe I still think you are making a little too much of this. I've gone through exactly what you have and the guy with the Matrix avatar. Stars DO MOVE left to right. I can pick any star in the night sky and within seconds of looking at it it looks like it wiggles, moves slowly up and down, etc.. My advice learn the constellations. Pick a star you know is a star and look at it. Also I will be waiting for that video. When I tried to take a video what I saw moving turned out to just be staying there. The eyes play tricks on you.

I know what you are saying about eyes playing tricks and so on, and yes I do see normal stars wobble and move slightly up and down or left and right but... the ones I see on 29th and 30th June seem to move off to the horizon and disappear and i can see the backdrop of other stars and they remain still. Ok maybe my eyes are playing tricks but really, these do move to the end of the horizon if you get what I mean? there is a small break in the cloud here in london now so im gonna try and see if i can see any. If i dont then i will try again tomorrow.

Ah, well if they move VERY far outside the range of other stars, and steadily, and fast, I would say I do not know what that is.

Yes I noticed more this summer I would say almost double from last summer.

These are not satellites or stars.

I might see the odd satellites but these UFO's wiggle, shake and wobble erratically at light speed and mostly shimmer a bit different than normal stars.

Not to mention moving around in swirls near each other at what looks like over 3000 mph.

I'm going to look for some right now.

I can guarantee it's an eye trick. I have seen the same thing. I'm waiting for Joe to get back with his video....this should prove interesting.

I can't see anything tonight too much clouds, maybe later.
I'm still not convinced they are just eye tricks because that would mean UFOs are not real and humans are the center of the universe which is ridiculous.
If it was eye tricks then every star I look at would be doing the same tricks.

I don't think you see the same things were looking at.
These UFO's move like laser pointers really fast and they sometimes end up in different spots, stars and satellites don't do that.

i also have star gazed for like 20 years and when a person does this at night and looks right at the sky for bout an hour you will notice all the activity with these white lights moving north to south east to west i havent documented how many i saw on a particular night but here in northern minnesota there are no city lights to disrupt the dilation of eyes to the darkness of night so its very easy to see the night sky,. twice these white lights have decended real close to the earth when i was with friends,the first time it was summer 1998 there were like 5 of us it was like 2 in the morning and just fast a large white light was moving north toward us very fast we all got to holler look at that ,it wasnt long before the light dimmed till we could barly see it but it was so close to the earth that we could still see the what i think was the metal's after glow it was dim but we could make it out still moving north we shut our mouths and we could not here anything but the cricketts and frogs it must have been 500 feet above ground the second time is very similar about 2am again but it was winter 2003 it was going in the same direction south to north and the light was very bright till it might have detected us and turned its lights off but there was still a dim glow and we could not hear anything it was still travelling north and it was still about 500 feet up these storys are the closest ive ever came to the lights but i have other tales just as good but not as close to the ground as what i just told you

I just saw 2 close to each other kind of playing around directly above my building.

i currently live in arkansas usa, i have been watching these strange objects for sometime now, about 6 months.and yes they do kinda make u look where they will be moving.i have seen from 1 all the way up to 7 moving at the same time. i have seen 3 in what i would term a "formation".most times i see them moveing from South to north towrd the big dipper and away from earth.i started takeing binoculors with me so that i could see better. i often time have a good feeling where to look mabey they let me know,it usaly occurs in a triangle star formation,such as part of a constalation or such that is triangular.i have stared at certin triangular ares and actuly witnesss such things as the top point star of the triangle actuly start to move away as if a star was infront of it and dicided to move away.i send thoughtsof peace to them, becuse regardless of who what they are, all things are connected and come from 1 creator.even if they arnt friendly they cant fool with the love of god, so i will stick to those thoughts when i see my space "brothers".

I regularly go camping, and in the areas I go to there is very little light pollution thus I can clearly see many stars. When I am out there I notice 'stars' moving across the sky all the time. They truly look identical to the surrounding stars and vary in brightness. I simply assumed they were satellites but have no idea in reality.

You guys are lucky =(
I was looking at the sky all night and didn't find anything.
