If you can see a lot of stars out at night you should be able to see them, remember most of the time they look like faint stars off in the distance and may take a few seconds for it to make a odd movment

My sons and i started noticing these strange stars in the sky about 14 years ago our friends have noticed them also. What we see are stars that seem to be farther out than normal stars and they change colors, they periodically blink red and green. they also seem to leave very shortly after we spot them, some of them just move farther into space very slowly until you can't see them anymore. Others just seem to shoot out at some kind of warp speed, sometimes they move out slowly and then burst into warp speed. Then there are times that they are there and the next minute they just disappear, like they become invisible, or are somehow cloaking themselves.

The past five years or so we've noticed something new. There is a set of three, that sit in the eastern part of the sky in the pattern of a triangle around a big star, they seem to be much smaller than the star they suround (or maybe are just farther out) and they seem to blink red and green in some sort of pattern with each other. These too will leave shortly after we spot them, however they don't all leave at the same time, instead one after the other.

We have been actively looking for and watching them for years now, ever since we first noticed them, and there is no way that these things are stars, they just look like stars. We also had an experience a few years ago where we saw something hovering in the sky, but it was nothing like a star, it was some kind of craft.

Very interesting. I have witnessed the very same thing. I am an astronomy buff and I know exactly what a satellite looks like. The last time I saw these lights was in 1996 during a family picnic and the lights were witnessed by most of the dozen or so family members that were there.

The lights I saw looked like satellites in that they were simply dots in the sky (extremely high altitude probably in space). Sometimes the lights would disappear instantly, sometimes they would appear instantly as if from nowhere. Other times multiple lights would join and form one light, and it would disappear. Other times one light would appear and break into other small points of light.

It didn't make any sense at all. We were just watching with our jaws down.. I had my binoculars out and everything.

We watched these lights for a couple hours at least I would say.

In 2005 I put up an official report on MUFON of this exact encounter just so you know I'm not making this all up now LOL!

MY MUFON REPORT OF THIS SIGHTING

The report is named
"Multiple Moving Lights" and the event took place on 12 JULY 1996, I would say around 8 or 9 PM. I reported it to MUFON on 21 SEP 2005. It took place in the small town in Rogers County, Oklahoma where I am originally from.

A MUFON representative contacted me via email for an interview and I agreed to an in-person interview through another email back to him. But the interview never took place as he never got back in touch with me..

But this event and others I have reported to MUFON have all been witnessed in the same exact geographic area and ALL were witnessed by at least 4 people.. One of the other events involved a black blob that was floating around in the sky and changing shape. It made no noise at all. Sometimes it would sit still as a cylinder, other times it would undulate and move like a floating black blob with no particular shape. It was extremely clearly seen against the backlit night sky of the city lights in Tulsa, OK and myself and 2 other people watched in awe as it very slowly moved towards the Northwest. Which is intersting because another object myself and 3 family members saw a couple years earlier was also traveling very slowly North/Northwest.

Just because the star UFOs aren't real doesn't mean all UFOs aren't. Truth is you guys might actually be onto something. I picked a star the other night and plotted it's course. Setting up various land marks outside my house as focal points. Turns out the star I thought was moving actually was. From what I remember about stars, stars move left to right, while this star moved north.

Is it just me or are they showing up more frequent? i just get this weird feeling something is about to happen.

i have the same feeling...

but as written before i dreamt the alien invasion and what i dreamt was that some people (including me) fought against them and was able to capture a ray gun and reverse engineer it..
i know this sounds far out, the dream was wery real, and i really believe that a resistance is possible

btw in the dream we were not fighting aliens but rather fallen humans, their soldiers were human inside their equipment, but maybe it was clones, something like that,
the invasion started with massive/giant yellow/orange spheres above each major city. i dreamt this in year 2000.

our reverse engineered laser was blue, the enemy had green or red beams, this made some impression on me when i woke up -i dont know why.

Then why has no one else reported seeing them in the paper? You can see them with your eyes closed? That sounds crazy to me. And why are you investing so much thought into a dream? I have had dreams like that when I was 5.....it really is just a dream. Also you're hard to understand in your posts. I don't know if it's typos, or what.....some words are in broken English. To me, and this is just my opinion, you are mentally unstable.

You say you are a computer programmer, yet this really isn't clear considering your amount of typos.

Maybe I'm just too skeptical...

So you happened to have your video camera when you saw this? Were there any other reports? When did you notice it? Personally I would believe it if the object wasn't so shaky. Also it's large, I would expect something like that to have been noticed and put in the paper.

edit - actually thats a pretty good video. I believe that was a genuine UFO. But it still doesn't seem to be in sync with the other people claiming it is usually a fading like star.

hmm your not just sceptical, you are hostile..

i was writing that i could see them when i closed my eyes and opened them again.. i thought that was implied.

and im not a native american so sometimes i dont really care about if im spelling correctly.

i care for these dreams because they were so real.

and to your questions about why youre not seeing them in the papers. well because its very hard to film and they only got this numerous this summer.

i think you are the one who is mentally unstable btw

I will be looking for the objects tonight so I have some questions. How long does it generally take to see one? Whats the best direction to look at? Will they be bright or faded like the contradictory statements in this topic?

no hard feelings. -i like that

well to find these you dont even have to be outside the city.
it helps of course but its not nescessarry.

they can appear everywhere but mostly they are not in the horizons.

if you take the big dippers arms direction and draw an area to the left and little south of it, thats where i've been looking and found these "stars" for the last 3 nights. ive seen them many times but my balcony is facing this part of the sky and after writing in the thread about something going on near the dipper i've been looking at this part especially

you should just look at the stars that is allready there... the smaller ones that is in that area... suddenly one will appear traveling in your view, it will travel at a speed equal to passing a fixed visable star every second or so. the stars we all know in the big dipper it will pass at a speed of around 1 sec..

then it will cloak again.

but this is only an example

in other cases they will slow down or move around like they're searching not traveling.

hmm i hope im not writing to cryptical..

well sometimes they come down closer to earth but then you want be in doubt, they will be really big and moving around for a while in the sky.

please try to focus your eyes on the smaller stars, these "things" can be hard to spot sometimes but easy othertimes.

and please have patience, dont give up even its tiring just staring at the sky. and keep to the same "area" not a tiny area but you know pick out and area to watch and wait.

i hope the skies will be clear tonight for you
