I know I'm being a pest, but my Challenge Match finished on 04/22, I was hoping we could get a judgment...

No,

You have to ask someone to debate you, or challenge them as it were; then U2U TheVagabond and tell him your intentions, the specifics of the debate etc..

He will them set up a debate for you and your opponent...
