There is no guestion in my mind that this
IS a biological creature.
Watch the hand movments as well as the small gestures,
like wiping of the lips!

And, just from making the photo lighter - how exactly have you come to this conclusion?

I see no difference, and I have looked at the video numerous times - to me, the creature is very suspect. In all regards, this 'creature' could just be a puppet.

Believe me, I am a firm believer in UFOs and EBEs - its just videos like this, which monetary gain was substantial - make the UFO field of research look non-credible.

Monetary gain for UFO pictures/video has to stop... it makes Ufologists look like money grubbing kooks.

One thing that makes the video suspect is the lack of lighting. We can't see its whole body nor if it is operated by animatronics through a human puppeteer or a mechanic construct.

I think the reason given for the lack of lighting by 'Victor' was due to the alien's preference for minimal lighting. Yet this can act as a convenient excuse to hide certain things.

Watching the video all the way through would maybe answer
some of your question.
I personally think it is the small gestures, hands and head shifting
explanations of spinal column placement in aliens
and neck weaknesses, would by physiologically correct.

Granted...it could be a puppet
But then listening to the judgements of some of the best
puppeteers from Hollywood, in the video
These movements are extremely hard if not impossible
to create.

Prove to me it isn't biological l!!

PS.......
If this video is real, would it not seem correct to assume
Victor is in danger of not only being identified but also
prosecuted for revealing this to the public

Compensation in case of immediate travel..
or other needed cost from revelation
is not that far fetched to me

I believe that in an instance where an individual makes a spectacular claim that the burdon of proof is on them...not on those whom he presents to.

You must prove that this is a biological being and not a puppet...after all, you do present the less plausible side of the debate.

I'm sure it's no mean feat to get the appropriate puppet actions but the fact it's more than possible means it's likely to be fake. There's much more of a chance for it to be fake than actually proper footage of a genuine ET.

Even though 'Victor's' body was shadowed they still would've been able to identify him as you can see the outline. Also how could such a supposed critically top secret video be leaked?

There's also no audio track which is explained as keeping the individuals' identities secret. Yet if it was done by animatronics, i.e mechanically there would've been a sound. Although I guess this could have been dubbed.

Rather than asking me to "prove it isn't biological" perhaps you should prove to me it is biological. Since you're the one making the extraordinary claim. Puppets can be made to move and react almost lifelike. I can't prove either way as I had nothing to do with the video's inception. I can only go on what common sense tells me. Minimal lighting and no verification it is real, plus two film special effects guys said in the film it could be faked with the right expertise.

I thought this was a proven hoak? Was it noy produced by some music video director as part of a short film project.

I think you might be getting confused with the Stantilli (sp?) video - alien autopsy...
this one has only been judged as a hoax as far as I know...

This video has already been discussed in previous threads but I do not agree with the majority of the people that say this is a hoax! It could possibly be but then again anything can be a hoax; even our very life!

It's just amazing how so many people jump on the "it's a hoax" bandwagon! Why not have some faith in society

When you order a pizza, hot dog, hamburger do you start thinking ...oh this guy must be out to poison me...or perhaps the person that prepared the food didn't wash his hands after defacating!

Come on people...stop this "hoaxing" paranoia. From my personal experience most people are honest, good and dependable until proven otherwise!!!

At this point, most people can't see or understand reality until it smacks them in the forehead and the double standards associated with ufology is completly incomprehensible(at least on ATS)!

Have you people considered that perhaps some people want this footage leaked so we start believing more?!!! I am sure that not everyone in the government is obssesed with secrecy and the reason more don't come forward is because of fear of reprisal and yes even mind control in many instances!

The interrogators would have made a much higher quality film - better resolution at the very least - for later study and analysis. This is a hoax by virtue of what it doesn't show, not what it does.

Bummer.

Well first off, we all KNOW dogs exist. No proof needed.

We all KNOW most of us have feet. No proof needed.

We all KNOW dogs will sit if properly trained. No proof needed.

So by assumption of what has already been proven, we can assume it is possible, if not probable a dog is sitting at your feet.

Does anyone have any information how a US gov department would stamp its material, such as in this case for navel intelligence? That might be another avenue to look down.

I gather DNI = Department of Navel Intelligence.

But if someone has information on how material is stamped it would be great.

i.e. DNI xxxx xx xx/ xxx xxx

edit: dispite being video data, the fact that it doesn't have 4 digits for the year makes me suspicious, I would think sensitive material like this would be electronically correlated with other systems and formats. (We all know the grammifications of Y2K).

The reason so many people think the footage in question is a hoax is because to many of us, it looks fake. If we were to go on your impression of most people being honest - then we wouldn't have a government cover up of extravagant proportions, nor would we have dis-information campaigns to 'cover' the truth.

Part of disinformation campaigns are to release material that makes ufology look kooky, wacky and silly. If ufologists took every piece of evidence as 'truth' then everyone with a silver pie plate and some string would have video of flying saucers in their back yards. There would be no scientific examination of 'proof' - and ufology would fall into a mythos of something along the lines of the earth being flat...

Belief in every ufological story that ever hit the industry is plain suicide for any competent researcher. I am sorry, but I have to say this: people make a buck off of other peoples stupidity - and that is SAD

I am totally against anyone making money off of any video footage dealing with the issues of UFOs and EBEs. Making money off of the most significant discovery that has EVER happened to mankind is a crime.

For you to actually support people whom could possibly be stifling research is just silly. I keep an open mind about the video - but in my opinion it sure looks to much like a puppet.

I believe in UFOs and ET's - I have seen 2 unidentified objects in my life - all with witnesses - but no pictures. I keep that to myself, and the people I seen these things with - why? I don't have the proof. When I have proof (and someday I hope I do!) I will put it out for scientific study, free of charge !

I saw this video a couple of years back, and personally I think that there is some element of truth to it. If it is in fact a hoax, it was done rather well.

Maybe it is the associated interview with "Victor" that further adds to the realism factor of this video.

It doesnt look like the cheesy autopsy video that was released a while back, and the fact that it has the DNI tag leads me to believe that it could very well have been smuggled out of some top secret facility during a mass data transfer, as stated in the Victor interview.

As for Bob Lazar, he has been officially/unofficially debunked, but given his level of knowledge of alien craft and the facilities, I still believe that he was involved to some degree.

I personally believe that all of his information was erased after he left his Top Secret job. If the govt/shadow govt doesnt want the public to know who this person really is, who is to say that they wouldnt just go ahead and erase his past.

This is all just speculation but I see some shred of truth to the video and Bob Lazar.

It is pretty old footage - but as for Lazar being debunked, that is still up for debate, depending who you talk to.
The topic isn't about the footage per say - but about light enhancement of the selected frame in question, which the author of this thread believes validities its authenticity.

Some of you may (like me) find it interesting to note how often this video crops up. One of the reasons that I've spent a bit of time over the last 2 or 3 years creating a a database of infamous UFO videos is because some videos (like this one) come up again and again and again and again and again...

There are in fact a fairly limited number of UFO videos that account for a significant number of the threads on ATS and account for a fairly high proportion of the most viewed UFO videos on Youtube.
