Not that I have found, if he had and retained classified documents from his time as a senator he should be on trial.

I know I'm late to the party, but there was a rumor I heard through the Grapevine of "in-the-know" people, that around the month of August, the Democrats are going to switch out Biden for Michelle Obama for the Dem nomination for President.

This could be the beginning of that plan being set firmly into place.

Just my two cents, but it seemed rather interesting that a report like this would come out with this kind of timing.....

According to Hur, he shouldn't be prosecuted because he's a sympathetic, well meaning, elderly man who called for an investigation and completely cooperated with said investigation as soon as he was made aware of the problem. Unlike citizen Trump, who, coincidentally, also happens to have memory problems.
