Weird, I saw the judges asking questions that I have been asking.

But hey, I'm sure you believe you saw, what you claimed to see.

ETA: Were they also concerned with states rights when they relegated abortions to states?

It seems to me the Biden campaign has masterfully side step the the "intent" issue that they have been trying so hard to paint a difference between Biden’s mishandling of classified material and Trump's mishandling of classified material.

Biden supporters love to tell you that it's perfectly ok for Joe Biden to have caused exceptionally grave damage to the national security through his mishandling of top secret classified material; because his intentions to mishand classified material is unknown.

Now that we have a special counsel's report stating that Joe Biden "willfully" retained and disclosed classified materials to people not authorized to see it; the measure between Trump and Biden’s "intent" doesn't seem all that different.

So Biden gets on stage and rants on like a dementia patient yelling at his nurses, and that's all people are talking about. And at what cost to the Biden campaign? None. We have all known about Biden’s fight with dementia for a long time, its already baked into the race, nothing new.

According to Hur, he shouldn't be prosecuted because he's a sympathetic, well meaning, elderly man who called for an investigation and completely cooperated with said investigation as soon as he was made aware of the problem. Unlike citizen Trump, who, coincidentally, also happens to have memory problems.

No that is not what he said.........he said he would present to be be a elderly man with poor memory who kept classified documents for decades.

Anywho, you keep right on with "But Trump"

Nice try. But it was specifically stated that Biden has mental issues.

If they can change the verbiage, they can change the argument.

Either Biden is so mentally gone that he cannot be POTUS

Or.

He's competent enough to stand trial.

Pick your poison.

Like most Democrats, even if he wasn’t grossly incompetent and mentally disturbed, he would be a danger to this country.

Yeah, to be fair. . . democrats are a danger to our Republic. So are most republicans, to be honest.

Yeah.

He couldn't remember when he was vice-president, or when his son died.

lol

"Memory" issues.

Spin any way they told you to spin it, we know what the truth is and we have known for a long time.

As usual you are in denial of the real facts.

Anyway, did you enjoy the SCOUTS hearings as much as I did yesterday?

Like I posted in the thread, I saw a bunch of SCOTUS justices terrified of 'states' rights' and its implications. All of them for different reasons.

Your the only one who saw SCOTUS justices terrified of 'states' rights' .

During more than two hours of arguments on Thursday, the Court seemed to signal that it would overturn a Colorado court’s ruling that the ex-president is ineligible to hold office because he violated the 14th Amendment by engaging in insurrection.

vanityfair

The Nation's justice correspondent Elie Mystal responds to the first day of proceedings, saying he was disappointed to hear both liberal and conservative justices casting doubt on the Constitution's application in this case to avoid the political ramifications of keeping Trump from office. “They decided to lock hands and ignore that because it would be too messy for the country to apply the law to Donald Trump,” says Mystal

CNN — The Supreme Court signaled Thursday it is poised to back former President Donald Trump and fend off a blockbuster challenge to his eligibility to appear on Colorado’s ballot, potentially by a wide margin.

Seems everyone else saw the SCOTUS ready to side with the normal liberals on the Colorado Supreme court to keep Trump on the ballot and against the radical judges on the Colorado Supreme court.

In the meantime, 27 times Trump can’t remember

You're comparing a frequent speaker against a frequent sleeper. Don't you think the more times a person speaks, the more times he/she will make errors in their speaking?

Joe Biden only gives 3 or 4 speeches a month, but his LIE or GAFFE rate is better than 80% (8 of every 10 speeches).

I was listening to the judges. Ketanji Brown seemed terrified of states rights, because of how Jim Crow laws were able to seep into the southern states, even though the 14th Amendment was in place.

Elena Kagan emphasized how federal elections were NATIONAL, and not the purview of states, which isn't what Article 1 states at all.

Then, I think it was John Roberts who lamented the possibility a patchwork of candidates' standards throughout the states.

They all seemed pretty terrified at the prospect of states being able to dictate control their electoral votes.

Their concern was single states determining presidential elections.

Nice try at spinning tho. . . .

The Justices were correct in their concern. You can't have a small group of men/women in a U.S. State, tell 40% to 60% of the voters in that state, that their preferred candidate is not going to be on the ballot.

Maybe if it's a marginal candidate with 2% of the vote (like Kamala had, before dropping out), that person could be removed and nobody would care.

But Trump? ha. Riots would ensue. Even in the bluest states, if they removed one of America's best Presidents from the ballot!

You are not seriously suggesting that Vantyfair, WAPO, NYT, CNN, and the Huffington Post journalists were not listening to the judges?

They were listening too and in unison they all came to a very different conclusion than you did... including the 100s of other news sources I didn't link to.

But that's even close to what would happen. Each state would have to use their own courts, all the way to each state supreme court.

Trump lost Colorada in 2016 anyway. It wouldn't have changed anything if Trump hasn't been on Colorado's ballot. He still would have won the electoral college.

What if all the red states took Biden off the ballot for crimes against America with his border policies, economic policies, foreign policies?

States rights! Right?
