On the one hand, we have a guy running for POTUS who mishandled classified information after leaving the VPOTUS position, but can't be prosecuted because he can plausibly use the reduced mental capacity defense.

On the other hand, we have a guy running for POTUS again who mishandled classified information immediately after leaving the POTUS position the last time, but claims he recently passed a cognitive function test and has the world's best memory. Thereby effectively admitting that he did everything intentionally and with malice aforethought.
