Biden--Too Senile to Stand Trial (SC)--But NOT Too Senile to be President?

So the Special Council is not going to charge Biden with the "serious felony" of "willfully" retaining classified documents...because he is an "elderly man with a poor memory".

Reminder: We are talking about the current POTUS...THE GUY WITH THE NUCLEAR CODES.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur wrote.

“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

...and then there was THIS:

The special counsel at one point in the report wrote that Biden “did not remember when he was vice president,” forgetting when his term ended, and in another instance forgot when his term began. Hur reported Biden did not remember when his son Beau had died, and his memory “appeared hazy” when speaking about a debate over Afghanistan that was critical to his memoirs.

So...just like Hillary...Joe clearly did all kinds of illegal things ("serious felony")...but we won't charge him because we don't think a jury would convict him.

Because he is mentally unfit to stand trial.

But he's still fit to be POTUS?

What are the chances, and communities input, that this is planned. That his numbers are so horrible that they dont want him to run but they also don't want a primary. They want to hand pick?


When the 25th amendment really hit steam was in Trumps last few months as POTUS. I think many here were also hearing something abit different. That it wasn't for Trump, but for Biden that they were setting this up.

It's hard to say this.... From a national security standpoint, Kamala Harris would be better than Joe Biden as president.

So we are just supposed to accept the idea that despite showing exactly why he should be charged, that he shouldn't be charged? His current state proves all the more as to why this should be pursued. State secrets don't mean anything at all?

I too would like to know if there is a precedent for this. I do know we had a president in the past who was indisposed and his wife did lots of things but never researched the aftermath.

According to the SC investigation...Biden told his ghostwriter that he knew he had this classified information, showed them [the classified documents] to others and said that he knew he wasn't supposed to have it.
