Interesting that they didn’t charge him for having the highest of classified “eyes only” information strewn all over multiple unsecure locations.
Not even mentioning sharing it with random people.

And what’s with that last minute cya press conference?
Who the hell in their right mind would let him do that?
He must have insisted himself. More evidence his mind is gone.
He can’t do anything after dark.
He’s such an angry man.
It was good the public got to see that clown show.
Anger and aggressive behavior belong to a group of symptoms that doctors call behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia. According to the National Institute on Aging , other behavior changes that may accompany anger include: pacing, wandering, and fidgeting. hoarding.

The RNC and the DNC already took those rights from the people, or more like the people gave their rights to the RNC and the DNC.

Then why has every single RNC Candidate for President been selected based on the popular vote in Primary Elections and Caucus Selections?

let alone if an insurrectionist is allowed to be on the ballot

You'll see those tapes released by the DoJ...immediately after you see a video released of Elvis and Bigfoot riding on the back of the Loch Ness monster.

They have not been selected by a popular vote. They are selected by caucuses and delegates. There are a lot of steps a candidate has to go through to get on the ballot including signatures and funding, that are not constitutional requirements. But, the RNC and the DNC are not government offices, and they are bound by their bylaws and election law, state by state, not by the US Constitution or any state's constitution.

As scary as it is having a president who has been deemed by a very experienced legal officer to be too mentally incompetent to stand trial, they can't impeach him for that.

They could impeach him for having illegally stolen the documents though, and they should. But it'll go nowhere in the Senate. The Democrats do not care about the safety and security of the country or its people which is obviously severely compromised by having this man in charge.

As crazy as it sounds, we'd be safer with Harris as president for the next 11 months. Biden is quite obviously unfit for office. (Most of us have known this for a while but now it's starting to become clear to more people.)

Stop it. Yes we all know it's Delegates at the conventions. But every single (R) Presidential Candidate gets Delegates based on popular vote in Primaries and caucuses. Stop it stop it stop it.

Stop intentionally pretending to misinterpret all the time. 😀

Stop it stop it stop it. 😃

If you THINK it's otherwise, PROVE IT and SHOW EXAMPLES without red herrings and deflections. 😃

What if all the red states took Biden off the ballot for crimes against America with his border policies, economic policies, foreign policies?

States rights! Right?

Rights are messy. Stuff happens.
Believing that US States might go crazy with power isn't a reason to take their rights away.

Should an anti-abortion state determine abortion laws for the entire country?

It's too late. SCOTUS already took that right away from the people and gave it to states. Now, we have a patchwork of reproductive rights throughout the 50 states. But Roberts said it would be untenable for there to be to be a patchwork of election rights throughout the 50 states.

abortion laws in one state don't affect residents of another state.
but elections, especially for POTUS, affect the whole country. thus the term 'national elections'.

As opposed to the DNC, which hates democracy and chose the candidate for their voters the last 3 elections.

Even if they replace Biden after they all vote for him in this rigged primary, most of their voters are so brainwashed they'll just vote for whoever the replacement is that they didn't chose. They'd vote for a potted plant if the DNC told them to.

The revocation of reproductive rights came from rebellious states, that defied Roe V Wade. But, never mind that.

Gerrymandering districts and voter suppression laws DO affect the whole country, and therefore national elections. SCOTUS has been busy dismantling the Voting Rights Act, enabling states to enact voter suppressing laws, so I find it curious that they seem to see the need to suppress the application of 14th Amendment protections to states to prevent states' rights, because it could have messy ramifications, under the guise of defending democracy.

Like the ones in Georgia that were so suppressive they had the highest black turnout ever in the following election?

I admire your consistency. You've never managed a true post the whole time I've been here. You're always wrong, lying, or both.

Show us one (R) presidential candidate that didn't get a majority of popular votes.

History paints a different picture. Stop pretending that the RNC is above reproach and doesn't play the same power games and the DNC.

What? Whose vote? Not your vote.

You don't get to vote until the RNC/DNC selects their acceptable candidates. That's done, not through democracy, but through financial donations and commitments, signatures, and a bunch of backroom deals before debates, before caucuses, before primaries.

Georgia didn't even make the list.

The most gerrymandered states in the U.S. include:

North Carolina: Has used Districts 1 and 12 for minority voters.
Maryland: Uses broken districts to give an advantage to Democrats.
Pennsylvania: Divides its major urban areas among other districts.
Kentucky: Places urban populations in rural districts.
Louisiana: Combined Baton Rouge and New Orleans into one district to minimize Democratic votes.
Utah: Divides Salt Lake City into surrounding rural districts.
Texas: Has tried to propose districts that would unfairly affect minority voters.
Arkansas: Has drawn district boundaries to balance out city voters with rural voters.
Ohio: Unfairly distributed districts in a partisan way.

So all the breathless stories about how it was the most blatant voter suppression in modern times were false?

Thanks for the admission.

I love how that site doesn't disclose their methodology for how they rank the "most gerrymandered" states too.

Most demographic data is hidden in spreadsheets, behind complex APIs, or inside cumbersome tools.

Typical leftist source. "Here's our biased conclusions that coincidentally look very rosy for Democrats. No, you can't see how we arrived at these conclusions, you will just accept it on faith."

And you do, because you're not concerned with facts, just protecting the party. Spectacular fail.

Your correct the DNC and RNC use their power and influence in order to subvert our democratic ideals all the time. I think the difference is that the DNC, and their surrogates in Hollywood, Silicon Valley and Wallstreet, have turned "defending democracy" ... to the point of political prosecution of their political enemies ... into a fear mongering campaign strategy. The RNC haven't been able to do the same thing.
