Spend 2 trillion on infrastructure to include 500,000 electric school buses, 500,000 fast charging stations, Create 1 million jobs upgrading 4 million buildings and weatherizing 2 million homes over 4 years, construction of 1.5 million homes and public housing units to address the affordable housing crisis, spend 400 billion on battery research etc...
