I contended that when Q pointed to her page, it was suggesting some names highlighted had issues. I don't think she knows anything in particular. Frankly, I find her highlight pen act irritating and shallow.

The Pen in this context I believe refers to the blanket order DJT gave to DECLASS whatever to both Barr and others as appropriate. It took DJT out of the mix long ago - distancing him.
