So my biggest concern isn't about catching the virus myself, nor the number of cases so far (700,000+) or the final number of fatalities of those infected (so far 32,000+). My concern is the consequences of the economy and relations between leaders once the pandemic is over.

Lets ignore these theories that the virus was created in a lab in the US and released in Wuhan or that 5G networks are the reason Corona-virus mutated to infect humans and look at the facts.
1. The virus began in Wuhan, China
2. Illegal animal trade only happens in countries such as China
3. It spread during Chinese new year, which involves lots of travel by Chinese citizens
4. Chinese Airlines and Ferry's continued to operate well into the beginning of the pandemic, despite many warnings and lock-downs.

Therefore China is primarily responsible for the outbreak that's laid of millions of workers and destroyed the economy of pretty much every nation on Earth and taken the lives of a significant amount of people. Countries like India are in a lot of trouble as most already don't have money or the food while now being confined in their home.

So what are we going to do once we recover from this? give Xi Jinping a slap on the wrist and ask him not to let it happen again? Point nuclear warheads at China? Sanction them for the global pandemic?

They haven't apologised yet either

Print up the money; have them buy the debt (if they haven't already) nationalize and double cross them. Its the least we could do. I think the slight increase in inflation rates would be tolerated.

Its not up to governments to punish china. Its up to each of us, and our wallets.

Put down that cheap chinese plastic toy and buy your kid a bond/stock instead.

Look at the "Made in" tags, and put it back if its MADE IN. CHINA.

Ironic that most people are reading this and replying with something that has "Made In China" written on it and would probably complain at how much things will cost in future with the lack of funds they will have because they lost jobs or income.

Better the devil you know comes to mind.

Hold them more responsible and accountable, but punishing them will only punish yourself in the long run me thinks.

This isn't China's fault, we must quit all the traveling all over the world and quit shipping everything all over the world.

We must start making more of what we need in this country and quit the gasahol crap depleting more and more of our farming land. We are distroying our environment, I am by no means saying that I support the stupid global warming crap that is being shoved down our throats by those who want to tax us. I am saying we can do better at climate change by quitting flying around everywhere, and stop most of the shipping between countries. We should put more people here working in factories and get rid of those wasteful cruise ships that are spawning transmission of diseases.

The Chinese government has to be held accountable for this pandemic.

The root of the problem is theIr failed “cult of personality “ style of communism/socialism.
When the Chinese government was initially stifling real time critical information about the virus it was done to protect the image of dear leader Xi.

The rational way to proceed with a worldwide investigation would be through the UN but unfortunately the Chinese government has tainted every aspect of the UN and the WHO . They own a majority of US senators and congressmen and probably a few ex presidents, also the MSM, they get shrill when the issue is the accountability of the Chinese government.

Our only hope for accountability would be through President Trump who knows how to deal with them.

CV19 IS China's fault. I think they hid it til they couldnt. Like russia and chernobyl.

I think China should be sanctioned for this.

But They did shut it all down in January. And there was alot of info then on how bad it was, even though they were clearly hiding alot there was still alot.

If the rest of the damm world would have taken action at the same time this would be a non issue.

So why not blame all the governments for not doing enough and the media for not informing us of the dangers?

Impeachment impeachment impeachment was all anyone cared about. the info was there governments and media chose to ignore it and look at where we are at..

And the media is still making it all political and dividing .

I'm just going to leave this here

From 2015:

Ralph Baric, an infectious-disease researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, last week (November 9) published a study on his team’s efforts to engineer a virus with the surface protein of the SHC014 coronavirus, found in horseshoe bats in China, and the backbone of one that causes human-like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in mice. The hybrid virus could infect human airway cells and caused disease in mice, according to the team’s results, which were published in Nature Medicine.

This is true, I guess US companies started farming out their manufacturing to China in the early 80’s for pure profits on the sweat of the cheap slave labor pool in China.

But where will Trump and his minions get their MAGA hats? They're all made in China (you didn't actually think Trump would pay the extra to have them made in the USA do you).

Why is China at fault? They had no warning when the virus popped-up. Took the steps necessary to identify it and assess the risk, and then locked-down their country. Despite having a population 4.5 times that of the US, we currently have more cases per capita and our situation is only beginning to get bad while China's has abated. We had 3 months of advanced warning.

So no, it isn't China's fault. Nature does this. The virus could have just as easily emerged in India, Brazil, or any other country with high densities of lower socio-economic cohorts. Placing blame on another country serves no purpose other than trying to put up a smokescreen for this country's abysmal handling of the crisis --- from recalling CDC liaisons in China to shuttering the Pandemic Response Team by John Bolton in 2018.

What I have been hearing is the following...
1.Over 23 million cellphones in China have gone silent in
the past 3 months. This could indicate that the owners are
now dead.We are talking millions dead, not thousands.
2.The official word is the virus started in a illegal meat market.
Wuhan is also home to one of their major bio-weapons labs. This
virus is more than likely a weaponized virus that escaped from
this lab.
We should all remember that the NWO wants a major reduction
in the world's population.

This was fundamentally like many viruses of the world caused by meat eating. This is the primary source of such types of virus and many more. This is not conjecture it is scientific fact. So using your logic would it not be more prudent to tax meat eaters for the damage they have caused simply blame 1/5 of the worlds population.
