I don't see any pandemics coming from the beef or poultry industry, do you? They must meet and pass inspection, and meet strict, SANITARY conditions. Now, take a causal stroll through these "wet markets," and look around. They are NOT sanitary, have 0 guidlines, and go unrestricted.

You can't keep human apart from their protein. The consumption of wild animals in china, was perhaps born out of necessity, and then ingrained in to culture. If there is hunger all bets are off.

but the reality is that the Chinese government must be investigated for this pandemic. The truth has to come out.
At this point Xi is like the emperor with no clothes on and someone has to make him aware of this.
The Chinese government/PLA are dangerously reckless and need to be reigned in through sanctions by the whole world.

Yes the entire meat industry needs to be investigated have a look at the list of disease provided caused by meat consumption. Why do you choose just to discriminant against the Chinese is it because it removes the blame fro you.

Take from that list for example Swine flu. There was an outbreak in the USA in 1988. If that disease had mutated differently it could have been the killer. It is simply a matter of probability.

So why are you blaming just the Chinese for this. Is it simply because its a sore truth for you to swallow.

Just to be clear, I think the Chinese government/PLA should be investigated first, then blame can be assessed.

I have nothing against the Chinese people including those of Hong Kong and Taiwan.

I respect all cultures right to eat whatever they want!

If it is scientifcally demonstrated that this virus has come from the consumption or mass handling of animal products do you think the industry should be held to account regardless of where that indusrty is in the world.

I think a more prudent question you should be asking is why western governments took several weeks to act. Many choosing to ignore peer reviewed information published from the world health organisation for their own political whims.

Again do you consider this type of irresponsible, dangerous recklessness behaviour to be ok and just that of the Chinese government incorrect?
