Kavanaugh accuser wants a full FBI investigation before she testifies

The accuser is being given every consideration, but she refuses to show up on Capital Hill or even receive an investigation committee at her house. Seems she doesn't even believe herself. You have to ask yourself if they are willing to go back 30_ years, but the dems won't even entertain Quanita Broderick and her BJ Clinton rape case is roughly in the same timeframe.

Impacted is Still in Question . The Judge Denies it .

The other witness she names in the room says it didn't happen, and she cl;aims she told no one about it, so how can she really prove this?

it gives the quotes from the letter that her lawyer wrote to Grassley and gives basically the same story as the business insider does outside of the security... and as I said, there's been one or more go fund me sites raising money for her security...

first... The FBI probably did dive pretty deep into kav...
a few times, but very well might have not found anything about this..
and second... the accuser isn't being considered for a high position in the gov't... they don't need to look into her as deeply as they have him.
all they would really have to do is go and talk to her, talk to him, talk to judge and maybe read his book. I mean if he wrote about other people they hung around and disguised their identities as badly as it seems that he did kav...
well, they might be able to track down some of the people who ran in the same crowd who could give them some insight.

I did read it and the linked articles.

I have been involved in enough cases as a expert witness to know the antics attorneys pull. Their letter is simply a stall tactic. They already knew the FBI would not get involved....the FBI already had stated such. This was their way of stalling any forward momentum in this case.

I will bet it will die out very quickly if she doesn't show up Monday.

I have read that one. I was under the impression there was an anonymous one she wrote to Eshoo which was sent to Feinstein and this was a second one that Eshoo directed her to write directly to Feinstein.

This one appears to have had her name in it and was redacted.
