My hair.It grows quickly apparently. You asked for a photo a while ago. I'm old and slow. The yellow bits are where my dye/peroxide faded.

I always walk around with my head down, regardless of the length of my hair. (I'd just come out of the shower and was trying to hide my face slightly. People can only take so much ugly. ) My eyes are bad and I like to see the thing I am trying to walk on. (The ground)

Had too much fun being dj last night, but it was so quiet in here, someone had to liven the place up.😜
Today , I’m just going to take it easy until my sis picks me up. We’re taking mom over to my daughters place and our family will be having supper together.

I know .. I know.. boring uninteresting stuff, but that’s my day 😜.

These are the days of the end of summer..

We’re doing easy.. and ordering in pizza. It’s easy to eat without utensils, easy to clean up after, and more time for visiting !

We have done that in the past ourselves. Back when Mom was younger we would have these big Sunday get togethers with a roast and veggies, rolls and dessert and there were sooo many dishes and cleaning up afterward. The family eventually got too big with my Nieces and Nephew and then their having kids. So yeah...pizza is a good idea.

Winner winner, Sunday dinner (roast)!

The tastiest and funnest day of the week was Sunday. Roast chicken/pork/beef, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, gravy, Yorkshire pudding (I had jam in mine!), carrots, peas, nasty brussel sprouts, stuffing. They were the days. (Your Mother went to the trouble to make it so you have to eat at least 3 sprouts! Bah...)

It will only be 7 of us and my daughter offered to make a roast with all the trimmings, but I nixed the idea because I want her visiting with her grandma. My mom rarely gets out, and she doesn’t care about the food ( though she does love pizza ) ... she just wants to see the family and spend time with us.

Oh yes, roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, various veggies and YES Yorkshire pudding! OMG, YUM! Memories. Wonderful home cooked meals and family gathering together with love and laughter.

Stuffing was great with turkey, chicken and maybe pork.

I'm drooling over here.

Yes, much more important to have time to sit with the family and enjoy each other's company rather than fussing with a meal with all the trimmings. I agree.

Hi everybody! It's cold here today after weeks of being over 100F so I'm curled up in blankets drinking hot chocolate.

She did mention she bought a new skirt for Sunday services. Maybe she is hanging out with real life friends after she went to church ?
