No, no civil war. There seems to be a push for one as people figure out they are in a giant pyramid scheme though.

But would that be considered a "civil war"?

Doesn't an actual "civil war" involve a major ploy for political power? Revolutions involve the overthrow and attempted replacement of an existing political system. And secession-styled civil wars involve an attempt to break free from an existing political system in order to create a new political system in territory that used to "belong" to the existing political system.

Maybe there could be one if a single political party constantly dominated the national government, then gained permanent super-majorities in both chambers of Congress, and then held a constitutional convention to drastically alter the Constitution. And by "drastically", I mean something like adding amendments that ban specific political parties and ideologies, reinstall the forced racial segregation system, strip voting rights and/or citizenship from specific demographics, and only allowing sitting politicians to select the politicians at the national level.

Maybe some drastic crap like that would provoke enough people to revolt for it to become a bonafide civil war. But even under absurd conditions like those, I still suspect that a lot of people are too dependent on prescription drugs, their current job situations, and the other trappings of modern society to actually revolt. All the feds would have to do is shut down the internet, initiate targeted blackouts to specific "high risk" areas, and announce a punitive checklist of things they'd do to anyone caught supporting the resistance (like freeze bank accounts, impose delays or bans on medical prescriptions, shut off cell phone accounts, redirect direct deposit transactions, etc).

People would save their own hides rather than take these types of losses in order to help the public at large. And if those drastic changes actually helped them, people would take up arms to protect those new constitutional changes. Haha, maybe I'm overthinking this.

It appears that Americans are being pushed in that direction by globalists. Hopefully it doesn't happen the only winner will be those at the top that started it.

Society only exists because the vast majority of us (over 99.9%) agree to not intentionally tear it down. Most crime goes unpunished when the criminals primary goal is to get away with it. The FBI estimates there's 50 active serial killers in the US right now, who each kill 3 people per year, some reasonable estimates put that number at 100, we catch about 2.2 per year. At either the high or low estimate we're looking at over 95% of these people getting away with their crimes.

Now, think about if it got so bad that there was 1 person in each of the 100 largest cities in the US (that's about 64 million people) acting as serial killers against a specific group, such as the police. The nation would be thrown into total anarchy, and most of them would get away with it. The same could be said for snipers setting up and killing truckers on highways. Remember the panic a single sniper caused in the DC area some years back? I remember the Columbus Ohio sniper. He fired 24 shots over 6 months and nearly shut the entire city down. If he didn't get a little too careless towards the end (he started taking a lot of repeat shots), he would have gotten away with it forever.

It would not be hard to maintain a typical lifestyle while still acting as a domestic terrorist.

We're not talking about a lot of discontent people here. 1 in every 500,000 would be enough to make the country fold.

Modern society is scarily fragile when you think about it.

Feeding the appetite of the military industrial complex and fattening the bank accounts of its investors.
In order to fund the military empire that polices the globe, the U.S. government is prepared to bankrupt the nation, jeopardize our servicemen and women, increase the chances of terrorism, and push the nation that much closer to eventual collapse.

The nation would be thrown into total anarchy

You really think that this nation of 330,000,000 or so people would be thrown into anarchy over 300 murders per year? Chicago alone gets twice that, yet the vast majority of Chicago's citizens live perfectly peaceful lives.

To put it another way, check out this website for mass shootings (HERE). The thing to look out for isn't just the number of incidences, but the "shooter(s)" column. A huge amount of them are classified as "unknown". So who's to say that there aren't already 100s of serial killers spread all over the country committing these crimes and other crimes? Yet the nation still keeps functioning as usual.

It's not really about the amount or types of crime; it's about the way something is reported in the news. The media only promotes certain stories into becoming large scale news events that have the capacity to "shut down a city". And I believe they only choose the stories that will help their corporate and political masters' agendas in one way or another. And there's no way they'd promote a coordinated nationwide violent uprising/crime spree like what you mentioned unless promoting it would also help their corporate and political masters' agendas.

The Bloods, Crips, Folk Nation, MS-13, etc street gangs have branches all over the country, including in major cities. And there's no doubt that they have members who've actually committed more than 3 murders a year. Well, is their existence shutting down America? Nope. In fact, most people don't even give a crap about them. Hell, most normal citizens didn't even know about MS-13 until politicians hyped them up as the next big bogeyman during political campaigns.

In other words, there already exist violent organizations around the country that kill unknown amounts of Americans & coordinate to commit unknown amounts of crimes. But instead of shutting down the country, most people simply ignore their existence or even glorify them the way our culture glorifies the other organized crime groups like the Mafia & the Mob. Plus, I think you're greatly underestimating law enforcement's ability to infiltrate every single group they consider a potential threat in this country.

The quantity isn't what matters, quality does. A small number of highly visible crimes can completely shut down an area. No one cares about Chicago because it's a bunch of poor people dying in poor neighborhoods. When random people on a highway start getting killed, suddenly a lot fewer people drive, and that has a butterfly effect of ending many jobs and costing millions in tax revenue.

You brought up mass shootings. Killings as a whole are on a decline, school shootings are extraordinarily rare, over 99% of schools won't experience one, but look at how people react to a few.

History is cyclical. Mankind keeps repeating his mistakes, over and over again. Greed is the primary problem. It is a facet of ourselves that we just cannot seem to shake. Now that we have advanced our technology fairly far along, this time around greed will probably do us in. Period. But, regarding civil war, it might come down to that in America. There is always a tipping point where civilization just breaks down. Hopefully, however, those that continue to bury their heads in the sand will come to their senses and realize our current system does not work and is not sustainable. For America. For the world.

One listen to this song.. would hopefully help make people realize that it's not going to be like playing call of duty..you won't respawn and it is not a game..

No we won't have a bloody raging civil war..
And anyone who hopes for such is truly sick..

Respectfully,
