Waaaay older than that. US popular use was in the 60's connected to Vietnam. A French General used it regarding administering Vietnam over a hundred years ago. We just borrowed the phrase.

While we're waiting/hoping to Q to re-appear, it's worth checking out #Qanon hashtag on Twitter. People have discovered multiple crisis actors among the (alleged) school shooting survivors. As is typical with crisis actors, the same people seem to pop up as victims or witnesses in multiple recent tragedies.

These people really are stoopid. I'm starting to feel better about Jeff Sessions.

So, if, say, the CIA was going to be taken on, how would Military Intelligence use the State Secrets act to take on and bring down a rogue department of the government?

Martin you observation is fundamental and deeply insightful to understanding what is really going on at the deeper levels, levels beyond HRC in chains. Well beyond details of money changing hands, even beyond the clones and android population.

Earth is a freewill planet, this is very complex (also super simple) as such nothing happens here without the consent of those involved (those involved is a bit bigger then the stated numbers would bear out). In order for things to "change" enough of the population has to decide it is so.

It is not democracy, nor is the force of change measured at the ground level exclusively. So to date, for the last 25000 years to keep it very simple, one group has been in charge of things so to speak and the population has a whole has accepted their overlords - the acceptance reasons are rather complex but suffice it to say they have been given charge.

The controllers we are exposing work to get us 3d brained people to accept things as they present it within their oversimplified duality system of control. They work to get our "choice" going directly to the choice points they create: "you have a choice; door 1 or 2 now choose!" They created both choices, assuring our freewill energy goes to them and the cycle goes on (every choice, not just political). As long as "choice" is there freewill is honored by the letter of the law so to speak.

So we were offered a choice, HRC and more enslavement, DJT chance to escape. The planet was offered it btw, not just voting americans, measurements are not linear. Choice was made. The problem was the remaining equation: more controllers defining the reality then people choosing release. Now the equation: There are three categories of people: Controllers/agenda, indifferent, liberators (everyone chooses their position on their own). To liberate, enough unified, again unifiedpeople are needed to tip the percentage in favor of liberators. The indifferent will go either way, the tipping point therefor is small at this point.

Unified. This is not about the information. As I stated all of this information, including earth has been a prison planet for eons, is not new and details can be found even on ATS to one degree or another. What is new is the unity expressed through Q. This is what tipped the scales, through some rather complex multi-density maths, the liberation moment garnered enough unity to set the wheels of change in motion and hold it long enough to make it a go.

Scattering the group to get more topics covered will in fact do exactly the opposite of what is desired - this thread is a portal to unity. At this point the momentum has reached critical, some folks have found their "interest" in day to day Q waning a bit but not due to disinterest, but rather a feeling that the direction has been set: they still support. Highest Authority is the people, the people spoke through their unity.

I know it seems odd, a small group here, a group there, another group elsewhere, but to date the only unity I have seen in my lifetime is during times of manufactured crises, hate, war, anger, protest, and it all died on the vine as it was meant to.

I have yet to see a voluntary effort like this, where there is NOTHING measurable in it, sustained for this long. In reality those participating across all countries and groups in Q are promised nothing or everything depending on how you choose to experience it. The heart reveals Truth, not the brain.
