Hon, please don't call me wise, if that were the case I wouldn't be where I am.
To answer your question, if I just focus on this moment in time, I am comfortable. Without considering the past that causes me stress, nor the future that scares me. I am fine. In this micro moment.
And you, is life being kind to you?

Wise, insightful, intelligent....that you are. It has nothing to do with life circumstances that sometimes brings us to where we'd rather not be.

Being mindful and in the moment is wise. That is what I try do. Try is the key word. Sometimes it works wonderfully though and I would advise that everyone try.

We are supposed to have all the answers at our finger tips. The great Internet!

But try and answer a simple question on sexual functioning ... and answers are all over the place. One site says this and another says that. The damn so called MD doesn't even understand the question.

If the question is on ear/eyes/nose/throat/colon/bladder/ciliary etc etc the answer is everywhere!

We humans are just bloody daft!

Yeah. I could sleep more but i am practically always up at 5-6 AM. I don't know why.
