I suggest you read this so you can stop citing irrelevant statutes.

www.foxnews.com...

This is not real trouble in anyway for mueller. And you have no idea if he had subpoenas or a warrant. If it was a problem for mueller it wouldn't be a letter to Congress anyhow.

This is a problem for trump staff.

perhaps you should read what you posted

the GSA violated its fiduciary duty to inform the PTT of the request before it complied with it.

Also what you posted in no way negates the statutes I have listed here, or the ethical responsibility of the Mueller with respect to privileged information.

It in fact does.

The gsa could, the word here is could, be in trouble..

That is it.

The fbi. Nope. Read the article and then go ahead and point out where the judge is wrong.

I admit to not being a legal expert on this or anything for that matter.

My question is this.

If these emails were considered government property because they were created in government servers, then wouldn't the same be true of comeys notes that he leaked to his friend to give to the media?

Oh, no.... those were personal.

read the statues that govern federal investigations

I did. It's irrelevant to this case.

Do you know there wasn't a warrant?

Did you see how the fbi can overcome this?

By the way the gsa issue is on notification not handing over the records.

So Napolitano is wrong. Got it. You know more than a federal judge because you read a statute.

Just to be clear you object to this being true?

We do not know whether Mueller’s FBI agents merely requested the electronic data from the GSA or his prosecutors obtained a grand jury subpoena. If it was a simple FBI request and if the GSA simply complied, that was a lawful acquisition by the FBI of the PTT emails, yet in that case, the GSA violated its fiduciary duty to inform the PTT of the request before it complied with it.
