Green doesn't exist. It's how our eye perceives certain wavelengths. What you say is gibberish that god created only on earth things that reflect that green wavelength. so you are either 8 years old than that would be okay, or it's a miracle you know how to read and write.

Bit of free advice for you.

Insults get new members banned pretty quick.

Another bit of free advice.

Do some research before creating a thread.

You were summoned to this thread.

Several posts above yours Terry mentioned the Lagoon nebula...

Then the Creature from the Black Lagoon arrived in the thread!

It wouldn’t have been difficult to do a search for “green things in space”.

There was even a green comet in February.

I don't even believe in god. But I must ask why exactly a god couldn't want a certain area to have green? God, AI, or random #. This proves nothing even if there wasn't green in other places.

you mean a green asteroid that came into earth's atmosphere? that displays the green (simulation) behind the rest of the paint. you can't prove that those colors exist in space, only that someone from Nasa's color department colored a digitized picture that way. Kind of like how they color the dinosaurs, but yet don't really know.

why does this thread exist?

Because apparently there doesn't seem to be a limit to human stupidity.

just think about it. an all powerful God forgetting to make something else green? or a computer that thinks that only earthly things deserve that kind of paint? which makes the most sense? it's the ocam's razor for philosophy.

No, a green comet that passed by at about 7.4 million miles away.

It was called 45P/Honda-Mrkos-Pajdušáková and passed closest on Saturday February 11th 2017.

In 2010, palaeontologists studied a well-preserved skeleton of Anchiornis, an averaptoran from the Yixian Formation in China, and found melanosomes - color-determining pigments - in its well-preserved fossilized feathers. Different-shaped melanosomes determine different colours; by analyzing the shape of the melanosomes, they inferred that Anchiornis had black, white and grey feathers all over its body, with only the crest of feathers on its head being red.
