Have to say from the media exposure here jn the UK I would agree trump voters are low brow. Now every here on ATS thinks they are intelligent/knowledgeable and less susceptible to basic human behaviours because they are "aware".

From all media interview with trump supporters ( the passionate ones that go to the events to support that is) they are what I would consider the term low brow. When pushed for why they are voting trump, none could explain why they voted trump outside "immigrants, muslims and Clinton is a criminal".
Even the ones that I perceived to be intelligent/articulated certain sentences well with a perceived k owledge on policies finalised their points with " wooooooooo trump".

From what I saw ( saw alot, British media was on it this year) none of the trump supporters displayed any empathy for foreign people. One even said we are fed up of Clinton and great Britain (lmao). All I have seen is they repeat the main limited hatred points trump said, rather than his policies in which he is trying to do good.

I'm "aware" (lol) the media is trying to portray trump supporters as uneducated hate mongering inbred and Clinton supporters as good wholesome beautiful families but they don't help themselves when they make it that easy for the media. Editors most probably took the week off.

Either way I wiuld agree, based simply on exposure and the countless interviews I have seen and heard with both parties, I would say trump supporters did fall hook line and sinker for the the hatred.

Some genuinely believe Mexico are gonna build a $20 billion wall for america. They really do

I'd say that maybe you're not seeing it clearly, or the big gift tucked under the lowest branch which is you yourself if you would but have the courage to open it, and then play a new game to bring in the new year.

If everything's up in the air, then everything's still possible.. could be good.

This is why people like the OP exists. They are victims of Hillary's propaganda.

The real people that got played like a fiddle are Hillary supporters. They even believe all those bought and paid for polls on every news network.

With little to no interest for this thread, I will only say Liberal butthurt is getting very long in the tooth here. Seeing a post not political based is becoming quite rare.

What amazes me is that the liberal socialist democrats are the very thing they accuse Trump and his supporters to be; fascists following Hitler. They are the ones burning businesses in the night and making threats against innocent people. They are the ones attacking people. They are the ones spewing hate. They are all confused people to think that they are the good ones. Trump supporters are not burning down the house. The OP needs to go back and re-evaluate what is the truth. And if you look hard enough at your side and then compare it to Hitler's "night of broken glass" you will see the similarities.

Godwin's law itself can be abused as a distraction, diversion or even as censorship, fallaciously miscasting an opponent's argument as hyperbole when the comparisons made by the argument are actually appropriate.

Ok, so how exactly is this the Fourth Reich? Please be specific.

*sings* she wooooon the popular vooooote

Or maybe you don't know what that is.

But you can rest easy knowing that the majority of the country actually disagrees with you.

CNN Election results - popular vote

Trump 47.3% 60,350,241
Clinton 47.8% 60,981,118

1 - There are few million votes outstanding in a few states that have not been tallied for the popular vote.
2 - 600,000+/- is not a majority in the sense you are trying to portray it as.
3 - Our elections are based on the electoral college and not the popular vote.
4 - The attempt to try and get the electoral college to vote for Clinton is flawed and that is because the majority of people calling for it have absolutely no clue how the electoral college even works.

Here is a hint -
When a state is called for a candidate, the electors chosen are from that party. Good luck trying to get enough Republican electors to vote Hillary on the 19th of December.

* - ATS - Do you understand the Electoral College vs. Popular vote?

Finally - 47.8% disagree with me and 47.3 agree with me.
Finally with Michigan called for Trump - updated popular vote
Trump 62,972,226
Clinton: 62,277,750

Trump has won both the Electoral College AND the popular vote.

What is sad is how the left went insane when Trump said he would have to see the election results before accepting them. Who would have thought the left, who demanded he accept the results, are themselves violently rioting because they lost and wont accept the results.

I started off as a Christian Hawk Republican.

No one bitches louder.

Until this election when the Democrats lost.

I'm not a Dem, never have been.

I vote the direction I want to go.

Which has nothing to do with your comment and my response to it.

Has it really come to blaming God now?

Did not voters decide back in 2008 they would not support Hillary with their vote for the presidency?

Why would that decision change? What has she done since then for voters to change their minds? Well that can be argued, what can't is how she managed to entangled herself in and be associated with a very avoidable email scandal and the murder of a US Ambassador.

She was already the runner up, the second best Democrats had to offer. No divine intervention was ever needed to beat her. She is the Scottie Pippen to Obama's Jordan.

As for your use of the term "low-brow", are you referring to the college educated women media outlets reported as voting for Trump in majority or those protesting naked downtown LA and fellow protesters who continue to get hit by vehicles running onto the Hollywood freeway in support of Hillary?

Now aren't you guilty of the blame game your post attempts to call out?

And btw, by signing the PATRIOT Sunsets Extension Act, Obama is technically closer to emulating Hitler than Trump as of the date of your post.

I know you are are congratulating yourselves for all your prayers and getting God to do your dirty work. And that this election was some great cosmic event of divine significance.

But the way it looks to me is it wasn't that Hillary lost. It looks like Trump won by playing you low-brows like a fiddle. He played you. Trump is a confidence man. He's a deal maker. He played all of you.

Trump won by using classic German style propaganda techniques. He blamed the "immigrants", the "Muslims", the "liberals", the "democrats", "Hillary", "the media" as the cause of all YOUR problems. He got you all spitting mad with his twisted half-truth statements. And then you gravitated to him as your father-leader in authority by sympathetic association.

MAGA! MAGA! MAGA! The Pied Piper dances in the Whitehouse!

“Citizens! Do not believe that the Germany of misfortune and misery, the nation of corruption and usury, the land of Jewish corruption, can be saved by parties that claim to stand on a foundation of facts. Never!”

“Who is Adolf Hitler? The man from the people, for the people! The German front soldier who risked his life in 48 battles for Germany! What does Adolf Hitler want? Freedom and food for every decent working German! The gallows for profiteers, black marketeers and exploiters, regardless of religious faith or race! Why is Adolf Hitler not allowed to speak? Because he is ruthless in uncovering the rulers of the German economy, the international bank Jews and their lackeys, the Democrats, Marxists, Jesuits, and Free Masons! Because he wants to free the workers from the domination of big money! Working Germans! Demand the lifting of the illegal ban on his speaking!"

His anger is your anger. His anger is your father's anger. And you love him like he is your father. MAGA Heil! Welcome to the New Order. The Fouth Reich.

My parents were teens during the Hitler years. I heard their stories. I am living through this time where muslims blow people up because they are not religious enough, where sharia courts exist in the UK, where women are treated like dogs because of culture and religion, where rime and shooting is rife in some cultures but I am not allowed to point this out.

Guess what I am saying is that nobody can just get up on a pedestal and spout 'hatred' about completely innocent people and expect followers.

What really happens [and happened back in the old German days] was that some people really took the piss out of the natives. I don't want to tell you about starving Germans that couldn't get a job because some jewish people decided that they would only hire fellow jews, but I have to.
I personally love immigrants and people of all colours as long as they are fair and peaceful and contribute to the good of all.
However when 'guests' behave as if they own the country and demand those whose country it really is to either suffer or having to change their way for those newcomers, then they are abusing their welcome.

Natives [and immigrants who happen to like the country and the customs of their chosen country] will eventually get pissed off and ask for justice. Couple this with governments that will not listen to general public and belittle them and call them racists in order to shut them up, do not help.

Then along comes someone who does listen. Hitler listened. Up to him going completely gaga and killing humans, he was doing actually better than anyone before him. He sorted the inflation, build motorways that helped the infrastructure and commerce, he was the first one ever to make a law against animal cruelty, he created jobs that could be taken by Germans and I swear, Germany was happy and thriving. Also almost nobody knew about the mass murder.

Now you are blaming Trump for being voted in to use Hitlers ways.
The only ways I can see is that of:

- Listening to the majority, instead of calling them names.

So you know who actually helped Hitler and Trump? You really want to know?

It was those that kept undermining people, insulting them when they had actual reasons for being concerned. People like YOU. You actually helped Trump. By telling us everything is fine, when people with personal experiences tell you it isn't. By calling people racists when they are worried about unchecked immigrants. By telling people islam is the religion of peace when we all know what it is really about. You can only fool and insult people for so long.

Thanks for being so violent and bigoted against the majority.
Thank you liberals for making Hitler and Trump get to the top. You have only your ignorant and selfish selves to blame.

Hillary didn't lose, Trump won by playing everyone....? That doesn't make sense.

Don't all politicians "play" us like a fiddle? Don't they all spew out promises and nonsense that they think we want to hear? Don't they all then majorly disappoint everyone while in office?

Didn't many MANY people admit to voting for Trump not because they liked or supported him but because they DID NOT want Hillary winning? Can't you understand that in the end, this election wasn't about voting for the better candidate but voting for the lesser of two evils?

Yea, he used the whole blame game to attract voters but IMO he was a genius in doing so. After all the racial tension that accumulated throughout Obama's presidency, the whole black vs white civil unrest the media has been constantly streaming, even here on ATS there were daily threads about violence between different races, so yea, you're damn right people would jump to vote for a man talking about putting an end to it.

I highly doubt anyone sees Trump anywhere close to a father figure. And I'm sure most would admit that he's probably not the Best choice as president. But, he's not Hillary. So he's the BETTER choice. Get it?

I agree somewhat with the OP. A number of warning signs suggest Trump is an insider who has no intention of shaking things up.

Jim Woolsey is Trump's foreign policy advisor. The same Woolsey that Infowars reported on in 2009 gagging on 911 First Responders:

And the same Woolsey they reported on in 2009 relating to who was involved on the inside job on 911:

The same NeoCon "Hawk" they warned their Infowarriors about in 2008 with regards to attacking Iran:

Loads more online: &as_occt=any&safe=images&as_filetype=&as_rights=

Trump and Pence's transition team is full of bankers. Steven Mnuchin worked for Soros. Anthony Scaramucci is on the Council of Foreign Relations. Peter Thiel is on the Bilderberg Steering Committee.

And, he has numerous business dealings with Soros and probably owes him hundreds of millions of dollars:
Did George Soros forgive Trump of a $312 million debt?

Only in the loosest sense could this be called some kind of revolution. It is just swapping one load of filth for another load of filth.
