What's pathetic about it?

It's a political speech.

(She's actually gotten a lot better over time.)

That says a lot. Corruption aside, her political rethoric could use some polishing. Her raspy voice doesn't suit either when she gets riled up.

Do did Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield ...

Powell and Rice used private email.

Representatives Chaffetz and Gowdy both use non-government email accounts ...

But no ... this is not political at all.

Riiight.

Sure they use private emails....show me an email correspondence on official business from one. Clinton had 55K released from hers...

Sure, they used private emails ... sure, it's okay if they broke the law, we can trust them, they're REpublicans.

How can I show you anything from that server ... 22 MILLION EMAILS WERE "LOST"!

No idea. You're the one claiming they did something wrong. I guess the dems were just too lazy back then to really care or dig?

well thats an interesting response.. If you are going to bring up Bush and 22 million emails and then say it shouldn't be investigated because its would solely be political then why raise the issue aside from trying to deflect from what Hillary did, which by the way, she intentionally deleted and did not "lose".

Your right none of us, here at ATS, have provided evidence that these new emails pertain to HRC.

The Honorable Comey said that these new emails were pertinent to the FBI's investigation of HRC and her server.

Ah , tell me Imjack . Are your Comprehension Skills Ok ? The " Hacking " Part of this Case is in Reality Irrelevant to the Fact that a Crime was Committed by having U.S. Government Classified Material on an Unauthorized Server Owned by a Government Employee ie , then Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton . That in Itself is a Crime . Get it Now ?

Maybe in your delusional opinion, the security of a server is more president than the release of classified information.

The Republican party IMO committed literally Treason blasting this classified information at an attempt of a smear campaign, and should be disband.

Trump cries about how we 'have no element of surprise', while his party literally threatens national security with their propaganda.

If it wasn't for hacks and public release of the information, and only the FBI had the emails like you claim, nothing would even be wrong.

I think you are mistaken.

It was discovered Hillary used a private email server during the whole Benghazi investigation. Investigators wanted to see her emails to understand how the Benghazi situation was handled by her. That is when the controversy started. She then had to hand over her emails and server to investigators. That is when a lot of leaks happened...

en.wikipedia.org...

Get your facts straight.

Why do you think they want access to the server? That's the argument.

Please show where the FBI addressed the NATURE of the leak of 33,000 emails.

No - show us where the FBI said her server was hacked.

The release of info from hackers is from Blumenthal and Podestas private email accounts and not from Clintons server.

Your making the claim now back it up.

Because the point is the non-response and concern that you and folks who believe like you have to the President of the United STATES using a private email server and willingly and obviously compromising confidential information in a time of war, and then, lying, and doing everything possible to avoid oversight from Congress.

It's such a concern of LAW and ORDER in regard to Clinton, but you (and yours) care NOTHING about a case HUNDREDS Of times greater in maginitude.

It speaks to your motivation ... it's not LAW AND ORDER, it's not even RIGHT AND WRONG it's pure, unadulterated partisanship.

Yet, when you get that back in return, you cry about it.
edit on 29-10-2016 by Gryphon66 because: (no reason given)

There is no evidence whatsoever that the Clinton server was hacked. Whatever emails that were obtained from the Clinton server were retrieved by the FBI, and are in the FBI's possession.

Then what the hell is on Twitter? Explain the nature of the leak of 33,000 emails without hacking.

Are you referring to the Podesta emails that wiki leaks have been releasing?
There isn't even any proof that they were hacked.

Her server was located at her house, on her personal internet connection / network, on an non-encrypted server. None of the files were encrypted, and most likely didn't use an encrypted email protocol.

It was a total lack of security.

No one can explain the leak though! Bizarre!!!! They only can claim it wasn't hacking!

As opposed to the servers at State and Defense that have been repeatedly hacked by anyone, anywhere who wants to?

Yeah, it's a concern about SECURITY. Sure.
