Just released by Jason Chaffetz on Twitter:

FBI Dir just informed me, "The FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation." Case reopened

twitter.com...

Apparently, the FBI has decided to reopen the investigation due to the 'discovery' of new emails.
That is all so far.

Hallelujah!!! Now please allow something to stick! Lets go Gowdy and Chaffetz!!

Quickest ways to turn around our Govt...

1. Hillary goes away, and away to jail
2. Trey Gowdy is appointed to Attorney General
3. Term limits on every level of Congress..

What's the point, we know nothing is going to come from it. Hillary is untouchable at the moment. This is all a big farce. It would be funny if it wasn't so serious.

Well, with all this new info that's come out regarding Comey and his family ties to the Clinton Foundation, maybe its time he's recused from the investigation and a NEW team, NEW set of eyes is on the case..

Good. I hope it ruins her inauguration and dogs her entire presidency. That, and the foundation stuff.

Get after her, Jason. Make that hideous wretch miserable.

Maybe wikileaks held some good material back and sent it directly to Congress and the FBI.

How about: "What difference, at this point, does it make?".

It's legit, just saw the letter comey sent to congress this morning.

Existence of new emails that were uncovered during an unrelated investigation prompted a new investigation into her server.

Like evidence of obstruction, tampering with evidence, destruction of evidence?

That is all aside from any of the classified info issues.

I don't know why people are saying she is untouchable. Bill was President and look what happened to him. Impeached, fined for lying, paid Paula Jones 850K to settle, lost his ability to practice law, barred from the Supreme Court....so how was nothing done to him?

If the information is damning enough of course something can be done. Lynch could be indited for doing nothing, Obama indited...NOBODY has all the power. They may think they are above everyone but they are in fact not. There are also all the FOIA lawsuits Obama tried to throw out. HE FAILED. Those lawsuits are still ongoing.

If Comey wants to restore the credibility of the FBI 'to the people', then he pushes forward and doesn't sweep this under the rug a second time...

Also, shouldn't all the transactional immunity agreements with Hillary's team be terminated due to the fact they weren't totally honest with all the info that was handed over to the State dept/FBI during the investigation?

Just remember, folks. A lot of the info that could be out there would probably bring down the entire government.

While the notion that happening might make me smile, any "investigation" into this might be muted to say the least.
Especially if Comey is involved. He's got some shady connections and many, many skeletons in his closet.

It's hard to hide the misdeeds when Wikileaks is around. Maybe they didn't have a choice.
