Meet the real Khizr Khan

These are brief extracts from a long letter that has been held authentic by all Muslim jurists. It vividly demonstrates that the structure of Islamic law - the Shari'ah - was completed during the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammed, in the Quran and Sunnah.

All other juridicial works which have been written during the more than thirteen centuries are very rich and indispensable, but they must always be subordinate to the Shari'ah and open to reconsideration by all Muslims.

To Muslims, the Quran being the very word of God, it is the absolute authority from which springs the very conception of legality and every legal obligation.

All other jurdicial works must be subordinate to the Shari'ah? Does that include United States Constitutional law?

The Quran is the source of legality and every legal obligation?

How does that square when it conflicts with U.S. code?

What I'm saying is that it's ironic for Mr. & Mrs. Khan to be angry at Donald Trump for supporting policies that, were they in effect 30 years ago, would have not allowed them to immigrate to America.

If the Kahns weren't allowed to immigrate to America, their son would not have joined the U.S. military and died fighting a war for the U.S.A..

Perhaps Mr. & Mrs. Kahn wishes they would have never come here. Their son would still (most likely) be with them.

Personally, I don't think Donald should have accepted it. A politician would have used this to his advantage by humbly declining to accept, while thanking the veteran for his wonderful service to this great nation. But then, Trump's not a politician. Sometimes I wish he were more like one, just to get elected.

It just doesn't occur to him that some people have strong emotional ties to symbols like the Purple Heart, and having a five time draft dodger accept one is the psychological equivalent of rape. Incidentally, whether you like Khan or not, he was right. Trump just does not understand that the Constitution gives everyone the right to speak, and that Trump has never made a sacrifice in his life. Not even his apologists can name one, that is why they are diverting attention onto Khan.

Is like everything during election year, those that do no want the burn should never play with fire, No body should disrespect the son, as a hero, but when it comes to the family using their death son for political gain in a political game they are exposed themselves to anything that will come their way, be dirty, nasty or nice.

We do have freedoms of speech in America, Mr. Khan may be a Muslim and practice Islam but he knows that in America freedoms are no bound by religion, Hillary is not going to protect him either and neither the Democratic party.

Khizr Khan: Constitution ‘must always be subordinated to the Sharia’

According to a report posted at Breitbart.com on Tuesday, Khan published papers that support the supremacy of Islamic, or Sharia law — including the Constitution he championed at the DNC.

“…(T)he invariable and basic rules of Islamic law are only those prescribed in the Shari’ah,” Khan wrote in an academic paper in 1983 while studying in Saudi Arabia. “All other juridical works… must always be subordinated to the Shari’ah and open to reconsideration by all Muslims.”

Khan was there paid or not to point out to the Constitutionally impaired Trump,
Muslims have served this country honorably and he should take it back.

Trump didn't. He doubled down. It really makes no difference at all who Khan donated to in his life.
He is the father of a war hero ...a man of a religion, Trump said he may not even let in to the country.

Khan was trying to teach Trump about religious freedom. We have that here. Unbeknownst to many. Did you even know? And now he is attacked like a bad guy.
