Whatever.

Now you question my integrity or beliefs simply because I was raised that people who break the law and get caught are supposed to be punished?

See you on indictment recommendation day!!

Tick Tock goes the FBI investigation clock. Soon, Comey will set the alarm on that clock.

That seems it in a nut shell.

If they agree with him they're stellar.
If they disagree with him they are subject to review and maybe even further investigation. Like congressional.

Absolutely not. I have said not one word about your "integrity." C'mon. You just said you rely entirely on the facts.

That said, I'll be glad to see you on "Recommendation Day." LOL Because on that day one of the two of us will be wrong.

One of us might even admit it.

"Hillary Clinton said she was “eager” to be interviewed by the FBI this weekend regarding the agency’s investigation into her use of a private email server while secretary of state, though she declined to say who said the setup was legal and whether it violated government regulations regarding the handling of classified material."

Sound familiar? Of course it was illegal and she damn well knows it.

The interview was at FBI headquarters in Washington.

Thanks for the correction.

Regardless, it should be an open trial on TV like OJ.

After all she's in "Public" office. Her official life is an open book, not a closed doors 'chat'.

Unfortunately, any trial involving classified information would be held behind closed doors with no media...

You wouldn't see much if anything at all.

The state of secrets chugging along.

Until they are exposed in the limelight, it can only get worse.

If they are untouchable, then they are completely corruptible.

My idea of justice is a Mussolini style ignominious ending. In the street, of by and for the people.

How politically incorrect is that nowadays?

There are no sources except republican sources saying she delayed them.
Who says no when the FBI wants an interview?
Just think about it .
And she's been cooperative since day one .

Repeat after you? Not likely.
What is this Simon says?
You repeat after me
She won't be indicted

Can't do it can you?
See how STUPID it is to ask me to repeat a mantra for you?

Legal expert after legal expert all say it won't happen.

But but I know legal expert after legal expert who says it will happen!! Guess it is a draw at this point.

Comey will be the tie breaker.

You've certainly haven't had any problem forming opinions up to now.
You're beyond possibility limits certain. 160% ¿¿?? You say.

You know for certain.

You've said it over and over they will indict tick tock all that. The FBI knows what they're doing you said. Comey is fair and impartial you've said.
But if they don't indict then you don't trust their findings and have to check behind them.
Ok.
Nice to have the courage of your convictions huh?

That is a lie... I have said over and over the FBI will RECOMMEND to indict. What happens after that is anybodies guess.

Please do not try to suggest that I say things that I do not say. Thank you.

from Apr 16:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

may rant and rave about Hillary Clinton a lot...

But honestly, I could probably count the times I mentioned Hillary Clinton in the last 10 years prior to the email scandal at a very low number.

Said it before and I will say it again...

All I really care about Hillary Clinton is her mishandling of classified information... anything else they nail her for is just icing on the cake.

All I really need to see is that recommendation for indictment to know that at least the system is still partially functional.

I am also a realist, and suspect that whatever they decide to charge her with, the classified stuff will be low on the totem pole if they feel they can convict on other charges that will net the same sentence.

Trials involving classified information are notoriously difficult due to the fact all the evidence is classified... that means everyone involved in those types of cases must possess the appropriate clearance just to even view the evidence.

The people under her on the other hand will most likely be thrown to the wolves on the classified information charges and will plea bargain out.

So in summary, although I want to see her fry over the classified information, that would mean a completely closed court and all we get to see is months and months of artists sketches and replays of testimony that isn't classified...I want to know as many juicy details as possible, so hopefully they pin her on enough unclassified stuff to convict as well.

Right now, I feel confident at 99.9% chance that Comey will at least recommend indictment. I also feel that this investigation is further along than most people realize and that the final result will be forth coming shortly. 2200+ classified information over a period of 4 years on her unclassified server should be more than enough for inference of intent.

Cool so you think you can win a "link contest" between pro Hillary and anti Hillary sites... that's wonderful... it would be even more wonderful if you would visit the virtual reading room at the SD and educate yourself.
