I had many fears in my life. I was afraid to go into this world when I was younger. When I was 16 my parents sent me out to a two week camp in Hawaii.

This camp was learning how to get out of your safe comfort zone. Breaking out of the inner circle. I learned how to break my fears. We had to climb a tall tree and free fall backwards and the people in our group would all put their arms up and catch us. That was letting go of fear falling and having trust we would be caught.

I know you can let go of your fears too.
