To stop the Republicans they will unite under the nominee, I think though the people re-infranchised by Bernie and the new blood will pack it up and not vote, but the majority will vote Dem regardless. Me? I'll vote for Jill Stein if Bernie doesn't get the nom.

Exactly. And that kind of fragmentation is what will allow the other side to win.

Me? I guess if Bernie can't dismantle it, maybe Trump can...

No, there's enough of the base to win regardless of who's running.

My thought at exactly the same time.

She's getting that smug look on her face now. Might have to go to the Pepto Bismal soon

No. What it means is that her rhetoric and tactics are closer to that of the Republicans than many would like to admit.

She's going after the Republican vote?

What kind of numbers are you looking at to make that claim?

Folks should end up in prison over this deal...

Is there any hope for Michigan? It's like body blow after body blow for those folks living in what once was a shining example of US manufacturing...

This is a question answered best in another thread, Jack.
My take's easy, the Web quiz about which Prez I'm most
like was 'Silent Cal' As a real conservative I advocate the
less popular hands-off approach to healing-- and maybe
even Detroit could be allowed to heal: possibly nation wide.

The whole previous drifter could get plugged into this thread
for platform v. results. Which candidate will use the scepter
the least, and let evrybody downstairs do the right thing?
That one should be a slam dunk... whimpering '20s is better
than nothing.

If you are a liberal and are not going to vote because your dream candidate did not get the nomination then I guess you have no problem with a Republican president possibly nominating several Supreme Court justices. That will impact our country for generations to come.

It must be nice to be able to afford not having Bernie Sanders elected.

My score:

Sanders +55

Clinton +45

I sensed some slight favoritism towards Hillary from MSNBC.

They were good at masking it.

I must say this was fun! I really enjoyed watching the debate with my ATS family. I guess sharing the pain made it easier for me to tolerate Hillary's cackling. I never had to go to the Ibuprofen or Pepto Bismol once.

That is my take. right leaning libertarian but leaning more toward Bernie or Trump.

Getting to where capitalism makes me sick. Companies involved in the market are only worried about their investors where private companies move excess profits to employees.

I'll vote for the one who makes it and if neither make it...NO VotE

Hillary kept railing on how "progressive" she is, and how she can "get things done". I'm late to the show and just watching it now.

She's being a passive aggressive lawyer, trying to trap Bernie. She's got her gloves off...

She's playing the victim card on a whole host of issues. She's just making herself look worse. She looks totally insincere ...

I was thinking Trump would be better than HRC, since he started paling around with the Palins, I'm not so sure.

But Jill Stien would, without a doubt, be worthy of my vote.

I agree.

And I think she was setting up some points for future speeches and debates.

She (her professional staff) knows she will lose in N.H.

Tonight was a P.R./damage control effort.

I think South Carolina is after N.H. ?

Bernie will face resistance there.

And I'm tired of hearing about her being a woman. If Obama had said the exact same things but used the word "black" or "African American" instead of "female" or "woman" -- he would have been RAKED over the coals as being a racist.

She's using her gender as a weapon and as a defense at the same time. It's shameless.

Oh, I think her opponents are using "she's a woman" more then she is herself.

Really? Cheap shots?

Have you read the Hillary threads on ATS?

I have, and they're not Sanders people or other Democrats authoring them or replying in earnest.

If we elect Hillary Clinton as president we deserve to live under a tyrannical oligarchy.

I'm sorry, but I can't take it seriously.

Hillary is the walking bullseye this election. If she gets a few shots in, good for her.

But, feel free to protect Bernie.
