I agree - very likely NOT a professional hit squad, why all the collateral damage? Somebody/group was trying to cause the most carnage and illicit a response from the public for the atrocities that are taking place

I hope for their sake there are no regular civilians even attempting to leave their houses right now in the area, all we need is one spooked cop confronting someone with an attitude and this will be more of a nightmare than it already is...

Public relations officer was just out giving the names and positions of everyone that will be speaking. It really should be just a few minutes longer. It's understandable with how fluid this has been.
