They were US citizens from whats been reported.

Farook - 28 US born- dead male born in 1987
County employee 5 years. Left party angry.

Tashfeen Malik- 27 - no other info on citizenship - dead female

Possible relationship between the dead suspects.

21 officers involved in shootout.

From 911 call to arrival on scene is 4 minutes. Immediately entered buildings. Time from extraction to triage to transport to hospital 15 +/- minutes.

Looks like only 2 shooters based on witness statements.



Terrorism is not ruled out at this point. Still not clear what caused the incident.

Armed with -
.223 rifles
semi auto hand guns

ATF is handling the firearms portion.

3 explosive devices disposed of.

Family members of suspects located and being interviewed.

Still an active investigation.

The 3rd guy who was shot (fleeing the scene) not involved. Apparently trying to get out of area and didnt listen to commands.

They still HAVE NOT ruled out terrorism.

If just two shooters did that amount of shooting in such a short time frame they must have used high capacity magazines which are illegal in CA.

The only non-bull# part of this is when we were all tuned in to CHAPS scanners. Now, the only info we can get is through MSM, so it's basically back to bull#. This is terrorism, and if they cannot call it that, then here comes the pillow and the lights go out until the mornings bull#.

It's probably going to go down like this:

THis is most likely a cell, or group of cells that were planning something other than this.
Jihad dude gets insulted or pissed off at a meeting, most likely the committee insulted him or he did not get what he wanted.
He decides this is just a good a place as any to waste a lot of people.
He leaves and goes back to his stash of weapons, armor and bombs that were probably earmarked for something else, perhaps even bigger.
They storm back there and the rest is history.

(a) Some hothead asset has a day job and the court hands him
