I would like you to expand on your claim. Please explain how "the reflectors can easily be verified to exist".
Mythbusters did it, or they watched it being done and filmed it:

Mythbusters Moon Hoax Retroreflectors

Exactly. And the claim that this "does not prove anything" drops in 3. . . 2. . .

The Russian Troll Army has consciously crafted a strategy wherein they appeal to conspiracy theorists of all stripes in order to undermine the credibility of resistance to Russian expansionism. RT has run features on UFOs,, ancient aliens, Nibiru and other fringe theories simply to expand their exposure to the critical-thinking-challenged.

Any investigation of Nixon's Apollo moon landings would require new missions to the moon. Why are you opposed to new Russian lunar missions? Are you more dedicated to patriotism or science?

Nowhere in his statement did he say that he was opposed to Russian lunar programs. Stop trolling, you are wasting everyone's time.

Mythbusters is an American psuedo-science TV show hosted by Hollywood special effects professionals. They admitted that they worked with NASA to produce episode #104. In working with NASA to produce a video confirming NASA's Apollo claims, Mythbusters has broken one of the golden rules of science which is to remain unbiased.

The TV show is biased and the information they provided in episode #104 is untrustworthy. The end.

there is nothing wrong with using NASA data for the location of the reflectors - it is not practical to search the whole moon for them!!

Here's the summary of all the experiments they did - episode 104 - notice that they checked whether there was reflectivity off location where the reflectors were not.....

Perhaps you could explain how using NASA's location data invalidates this experiment?

That is called "hand waving" and it is an invalid form of argument, kin to ad hominem. Can you disprove their results? Or the results of literally tens of thousands of other amateur astronomers who have verified the reflective markers hand-placed on the moon's surface? No? Well then it looks like THE END for you, troll. . . buh bye.

Does anyone think it's strange that this topic came up during the Iran arms agreement? The deal was quickly accepted and Putin it is said is very happy.

Putin will not be happy for long. When those Iranian pumps turn on, the Russian petro-economy is going to take another huge hit. We'll see how well he and Iran get along then, lol. . .

Silly. What's more important Iran gets its nuclear program going and weapon embargo lifted, meaning S-300 keeps Iranian skyes clear. You must be another new European, lol..

ta-da-da)))

Now back to fake Moon landing.

While I don't agree with much of what you write, I do agree that mythbusters is not what I'd consider a reliable scientific source. However, they did provide some scientifically valuable information, specifically, how the experiment was conducted, and nearly enough information (with a tiny bit of extra research on your part) for unbiased third parties to replicate the experiment with different equipment in different locations.

So in other words, if you don't trust their results, you can do it yourself, or find someone who has a strong laser and a detector for the laser reflection and work with them to conduct your own independent experiment. So, between that mythbusters video and the locations of the landing sites with laser reflectors on the moon you can find on the internet, you now have access to enough information to do the science yourself. Will you do it?
