And here's a map of the United State's strategic nuclear missile reach.

In the face of the nuclear terror and deliberate threats of annihilation of CIVIL population that is not at war with the aggressor, every new form of cooperation between countries should be considered. Including between countries that currently belong to opposite blocks. Such as Russia, Britain and USA. Let not forget that the nuclear share of the still non-official powers India and Pakistan rapidly increases. They are seen mostly regionally and no one really believes they will destroy each other. But with the case of a China playing modern day Hitler, India would be the first hit. May be even before USA because China would think it would be easier to knock down India with Pakistani help. That is an absurd that everyone sane enough should stand against it!
Perhaps a new world body should be configured by the current nuclear states who will declare they will target any aggressor regardless of who he is. China for now temporarily should be EXCLUDED from such a new international body, until it defines its place in a world, where 4 of 5 people are not Chinese.

Why would any of these huge countries want expansion and the headache that comes with it when they aren't efficiently exploiting their current territories?
Can someone simply answer this, or shall I make a thread?

I don't think China really does. China realizes that what's best for China is to be economic partners with everyone on the planet.
Russia has made a few attempts at regaining territory they lost when the USSR collapsed but for the most part they're not exactly aggressively expanding.
It's more about the idea of projecting power. That's the idea behind China's broadcast they simply wanted to remind the world that they're a nuclear power with long range delivery systems. That's something that tends to be forgotten. Really this broadcast was pretty harmless, it wasn't even a provocation but rather a way of showing the world that they have the capability to stand up to the US in an all out war (not that the US or China would ever actually want to do this, both countries are deeply reliant on each other).

This kind of thinking is what will get the US and the rest of the world to get fooked up in the ass by China.

OR...it could simply be a message of China to USA not to mess in Asia. If it is envisioned a Chinese attack on Japan, or may be a North Korean one with nukes.
Still that message is the strangest ever in the last 20 years of Chinese hyper-development to position N2 in GDP, development that the West aided.
Will we witness a rising North Korean monster with full backing of China, as some RV say?
