The people familiar with the investigation said agents have gathered witness accounts indicating that, after Trump advisers received a subpoena in May for any classified documents that remained at Mar-a-Lago, Trump told people to move boxes to his residence at the property. That description of events was corroborated by the security-camera footage, which showed people moving the boxes, said the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.

Let's not also forget that PRESIDENT Obama had been sending (and presumably receiving) pseudonymous emails on that very same server, bypassing the same laws and regs for preservation of the PRESIDENT's correspondence and documents.

Ok, well it seems like no body seems to be able to do the right thing, except for Trump, and yet Trump is the one they want in prison. What an upside-down universe we live in.

So after pages of the usual and expected "lol sources lmao" can we try one thing: let's assume it is true. Let's assume the sources come through, the video gets released and corroborates the story.

What about prosecuting and jailing Mueller for abusing his power and publicly threatening Lt. This is coercion, blackmail and it was done in the open by government officials...

What about the dozens upon dozens of former campaign advisors of President Trump who had to go into bankruptcy to defend themselves in court from LIES that they were colluding with the Russians?... Shouldn't there be justice for these AMERICANS who were unjustly prosecuted by corrupt political aholes in government? These people were forced to go into bankruptcy to defend themselves against LIES... Where is the justice for these AMERICANS?

Only dictatorial systems work in this manner...

The DOJ have filed their brief for the full appeal.

The brief has three main points:

1.) Cannon does not have jurisdiction to make the ruling. Something even she referenced in her ruling.

2.) Trump has no plausible claim of executive privilege and even if he did it would not prevent the Executive Branch from reviewing those documents.

3.) Trump's claims that some documents may have been declassified or labeled as personal documents are irrelevant and not supported by any evidence.

It's a pretty strong brief and may force Trump's team to address some things they've so far tried to avoid. Trump's team has until November 10th to file their rebuttal.
