What "evidence" say you?...

The "Russian collusion hoax"? Which came from...Russian officials and Russian spies because a foreign agent paid by Hillary and the DNC, Christopher Steele, decided to pay his Russian friends so they could lie about President Trump because the Russian's/Putin didn't want Trump as POTUS, they wanted Hillary?...

Or any of the what now, dozens upon dozens of hoaxes and lies you/anti-Trump cultists keep regurgitating?

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. I on the other hand I think the "evidence" points to trump fostering a failed insurrection, designed to throw the constitution in the trash in favor of a dictatorship; In fact treason against the Republic.

That's why he told his followers to peacefully protest, right? Or did you conveniently forget that part?

He also said he was going to "Lock her up" ...

I notice not one of the trump cult has responded to my question so I'll begin again.

Imagine if it all turns out to be true. What do you say to that? What's your objective, non-partisan, law and order pro-America view of trump's actions, if true?

Simple. Charge him, try him, and convict him.

What's your objective view if it turns out to be just more BS like every single take-down attempt we've witnessed in the last six years?

It's not an opinion... It is a fact. Something you anti-Trump cultists don't seem to comprehend anymore. No wonder you are the same people claiming "there are more than 2 genders, and you can be a cat, or even a box if you want..." The same people claiming "math is racist..." So, it is no wonder you all fall for more lies. It's as if you anti-Trump cultists are addicts to lies...

As for your claim of an insurrection?... YOU anti-Trump cultists denied the 2016 elections... YOUR corrupt democrat leaders demanded for Electoral Votes for Trump to be denied. YOUR corrupt democrat leaders, and your mainstream media LIED FOR YEARS and you all still use "Russian LIES" and used such "RUSSIAN LIES" to impeach a POTUS, and even after those lies have been shown to you, YOU still keep falling for theirs lies.

The ones who colluded with the Russians and foreign agents to depose a duly elected POTUS have been YOU/anti-Trump cultists to this day.

To this day YOU/anti-Trump cultists use LIES to attempt to depose a candidate for POTUS you know will win because YOUR corrupt democrat/anti-Trump leaders are destroying this nation and making YOUR political opponents and even PARENTS as "domestic terrorists."

But they will remove him from ballots in democrat held strongholds. That's the most they can do, but that is enough for them to steal the elections again. Then what?...

These aholes have already made their political opponents, and even parents, as "criminals, domestic terrorists."

The next phase will be to put more and more "leaders/political opponents in prison." They will set up a social score system and will deny jobs, and rights to people who dare criticize them.

We even have damn CEOs of Big pharma calling to make criminals of anyone who even doubts their fing poisons passing for vaccines.

Washington Examiner
CNN

An employee at Mar-a-Lago reportedly told federal investigators that former President Donald Trump gave a directive to move boxes to his residency in the run-up to the FBI raid in August.

Investigators were able to corroborate the account with other witness testimony and security-camera footage showing people moving the boxes, sources told the Washington Post. Trump made the request to move the boxes following a May subpoena.

The key factor in this investigation will be that the order to move the documents was given by DJT after the subpoena for the boxes had already been served.

The witness account of Trumps actions after the subpoena was served in May coupled with the footage could be key to the federal criminal investigation thats looking into a range of potential crimes, including obstruction, destruction of government records and mishandling of classified information.

What will come of all these investigations and potentially prosecutions? Personally, I don't think Trump will ever see a day behind the bars. It would be just too embarrassing for our government, and for us as a nation, to jail a former president, regardless of what he did. I think he will most likely be found guilty a few times, get off free a few other times, but even for the crimes he is found guilty, I think Biden will pardon him.

This could be good because that act could bring the two sides a bit closer together eventually. And a pardon does not clear the crime, it only commutes the sentence. It would leave Trump unable to hold office, but he would stay out of prison.

How would you take Biden pardoning Trump?

where were the boxes moved to?

and who gave the mil buck an ok?

biden won't pardon trump if convicted and jailed.

and i hope payback is a bitch if he runs and wins.

Respect to you for actually answering the question, so I'll do the same.

If this latest claim (that of the OP) turns out to be bollocks, I'll be frustrated with the fake news muddying the waters of what is already a complicated situation.

On that note however, the actions of trump and his "legal team" on this one hardly shine a positive light on things; you must surely admit none of this looks good so far.

I'd remind you that this has been the exact response to his team's actions in every single take-down attempt so far. They're fumbling, they're making mistakes!
Meanwhile, the score stands at:

Trump - 6 (or more I've lost count)

Democrats - 0

Stay frustrated my friend.

I'm not at all frustrated - I'm thoroughly enjoying the bungling, comical, inept legal bods he's somehow convinced to work for him (until these ones pie off for various reasons as usual. Anyone know what Christina Bob is up to rn?
)

Honestly at this point I don't understand how you're not deeply embarrassed to be planting your flag in the "they're doing well" ground. I've never seen such consistently inept legal reps. Absolutely useless and fighting the tide.

Stay blindly optimistic my friend.

I read an interesting analysis today that might give a strong indication how the 11th Circuit will rule in the full appeal.

In their ruling for the partial stay, the 11th Circuit cited US v. Chapman. This was a case that the 5th Circuit ruled on in 1977 that basically says that if a plaintiff doesn't meet the first Richey factor, then the court does not have equitable jurisdiction.

In Cannon's court, both Trump's lawyers and Cannon acknowledged the fact that Trump had failed to meet the first Richey factor. So what is the first Richey factor? Being able to demonstrate that the plaintiff's Constitutional rights were callously disregarded by the DOJ.

So why is the 11th Circuit citing Chapman interesting outside of the fact that it means that the court sees no issue with the warrant? The fact that the DOJ did not cite it in their initial filing. So the 11th Circuit are pretty much saying, unprompted, that Cannon did not have the jurisdiction to make her ruling.

As a result of the 11th Circuit introducing the Chapman precedent to the case, the DOJ cited it a number of times in their most recent filing for the full appeal. But I would say that the 11th Circuit already has a good idea how they'll be ruling next month.
