Hi Jane

This thread is getting busy, and as it gets busier it's going to be harder and harder to find things in it. I noticed that Rising Against has created an index thread within the paranormal forum, and I was wondering if that would be a good model to consider here?

It negates the need for a separate forum, as does this thread, but subjects are 'stored' alphabetically which makes them easy to find. You can see it here, it's the 4th thread down.

It's maybe not necessary for a while yet, but maybe just something to consider. What do you think?

I was thinking of a version of this.
Perhaps an catalogue by categories (I think people would be looking for themes rather than titles), and perhaps an new index relating to each year.
Thus "2013" could be usefully done soon.

Yes, I was thinking of themes too. An A-Z would be too difficult to organise and agree on. And a chronology might be helpful too.

Do you still want the threads 'loose' in this thread, to be tied up at the end of the year/month etc, or do you want us to file them under Disraeli's sub-headings, somehow?

I think they need to be kept together, because that's the point.
Perhaps they could be indexed at the end of the year, with a post for each sub-heading if necessary.
