Ok... Think tank is turning it's gears today... I can say I love that this event is coming to fruition... There's a problem with the timing...

Folks... The Gooberment is currently shutdown... Not like they'd care in the first place... But now they really have a reason not to care...

It's a good show of force for out truckers to do this. We need our fleet trucks to deliver more goods than people think. The roads are there job... Enough of that.. sorry~

With the gov't being shutdown, what good does this do??? It's kind of ironic isn't it??? Debt ceiling is coming Monday? Slow all traffic to a snails pace? Giggles, giggles, annoyed commuters... This can take a ugly turn... Is it just coincidence that this is taking place right befor the ceiling??? I have to many questions and thoughts poping up at this time....


I digress.... What do you guys think?

It would be my guess that a steel-toed boot to the butt would be a far, far better tool to drive the point home.

I was watching a couple of them and then majickally, like the Bikers ride on DC...the links went down.

Makes ya wonder, don't it?

Looks like someone, or group is trying to sabotage the magnitude of this event.

Apparently 1000's more truckers are headed for DC from multiple states. This is according to multiple people posting on the Facebook page organizing truckers from other states.

The government and media are scared to death of people in the USA organizing peacefully, all the while making more people aware of the shenanigans that are going on.

I think thats the point. Create awareness and attention to the pressing issues through any means possible regardless of how inconvenient or annoying it may be...

However, I am surprised at how little the MSM is covering this.

If it stays peaceful and if it's not some undermined operation that isn't taken over by provocateurs, then I commend them all on the effort. Definitely a great way to drive the message home.

Doesn't the MSM not covering this story make it even more "suspicious"... It's in Washington for Christ sakes... You would think this event would be broadcasted through every major News Channel across America...
