It really is a personality cult, I am amazed how people camped out in the elements while the well fed 'princes of the church' choose a new cult leader.

Try Googling the prophecies of Malachy. The final pope is supposed to be "Petrus Romanus" (Peter the Roman). These prophecies should be taken with a grain of salt - however due to their somewhat vague references at times, and to the desire of people to make them true, the next pope "should" be the final pope - Petrus Romanus.

It'll definitely not be a black guy. Can you not see how many white people there are in the crowd? Having a black pope will almost alienate most of the Catholic world population. It's far too soon for a black or female pope. Far too soon.
