As a potential juror, shall I pack a lunch for tomorrow or is Your Honor providing lunch for the jurors?

Sorry but there is not a whole lot of definition here as to what is the Second amendment for.

Go here we not only will discuss what the amendment is for and how we can get out from underneath the Tyrannical govt peacefully that has been for 50 years or more taking away or rights, Illegally through means of Congressional and Senatorial decrees.

A solution has already been provided here www.abovetopsecret.com...

Even thought the POTUS has shot down every petition for succession does not mean it ends with his denial. a divorce can be done without the other party in a court of Law and so can our separation from this monstrosity if the people will act.

I just wanted to point out that the "solution (that) has already been provided" (via the link) is right back to my comment on that thread saying to come to this thread.

I would be interested in participating in whatever capacity is required...

Those who know me, know where I stand on this issue, but I do have the ability to be rational, reasonable and unbiased.

That being said, I would like to be part of the Appellate Court. Because regardless of where this "trial" ends up, the losing side will not change their views and will subsequently appeal the verdict!

I already have my appeal documents ready, in case I get sick and can't make it and they win by default.

Oh we get to file motions? OH... (big grin) As co-counsel for the defense, I believe I need to see about getting something done on that. Yes indeed... Some motions are appropriate now that I think about it. (Calls for paralegal help)

The Judge might work up an appetite by lunch at the steak house!

...Thank you...And if, (when) I get dismissed by the prosecution, may I apply for Co-Counsel for the defendant?...

Are there any jury guidelines, laid out in the thread yet? I believe, considering the best of ATS being involved, this thread and it's subsequent spin-offs, may be quite Epic!

The only motion you'll get is from your head spinning with all the facts I hit you with! LOL

Just to try and leave your biases at the door. It's easier for me, because I had none coming in here.

Your Honor, the defense has a couple humble motions for consideration by the court. It had been intended to hold this until tomorrow, hence the time implied by greeting to each motion. However, I decided the court may appreciate some time to properly consider the issues at hand. After all, a couple are of great importance and even of a time sensitive nature!

Sorry for disturbing your Sunday, your Fuzzyness. However, you know justice never sleeps and, well, matters are needing decisions and such. Have a good afternoon!

For Beezzer, the Prosecution, and Defense.

In the last session of this court, I served as a juror also.
Some things that I would like to address:

1. I was disappointed by the lack of substance provided on both sides of the case. There was a lot of conjecture and hearsay, but little in the way of actual facts and evidence.

2. I also felt that the trial was abbreviated for some reason, it seemed to me that it was cut off halfway through.

3. I was uncomfortable giving a verdict for these reasons so I voted innocent by default.

Just my two cents and observations, take it for what it's worth.

Motions denied.
The Mods will act as baliffs.
Standard rate of pay will apply to all ATS courtroom jurors.

But I will allow assigned parking.

That could be seen as trying to circumvent justice and pandering to the Jury.

I approve.

I object your honor,

The defence is blatantly making a mockery of the court and trying to bog down proceedings with unnecessary paperwork.

Motion to have the defence held in contempt of court
