People actually believe this.
In 2012, people believe this.

For small businesses: “There’s no obligation with this act for any employer to offer health insurance,” Bard explains. “And there never has been.”
The ACA’s opponents claim that the law will stifle innovation by putting onerous requirements on small businesses. In fact, the opposite is true– while the law does not require businesses to offer health insurance to employees, it does create tax credits for companies with fewer than 50 people to help pay for insurance, which along with other measures should make it easier and more affordable for start-ups to attract and retain talent. In 2014, companies with fewer than 100 employees will be able to shop for insurance on exchanges to search for better choices and lower costs.
The law does contain provisions that companies with more than 50 employees may have to make a “shared responsibility payment” if their employees receive tax credits to pay for personal insurance because there is no opportunity to enroll in a company plan.

So, another four years. What will you do now?
I'm going to sit back and watch the real Obama emerge. I want to see the Obama who told Putin he'd have more room to maneuver after the election. What's he going to do with that power?
Who is Barack Obama really? We're going to find out. I wonder how much it's going to cost this time.

lets see Obama, got another 4 years, looks like I will be buying phones for Obama, Lemmings...
The president has no direct impact on the program, and one could hardly call these devices "Obama Phones," as the e-mail author does. This specific program, SafeLink, started under President George Bush, with grants from an independent company created under President Bill Clinton, which was a legacy of an act passed under President Franklin Roosevelt, which was influenced by an agreement reached between telecommunications companies and the administration of President Woodrow Wilson.
SafeLink is run by a subsidiary of América Móvil, the world’s fourth largest wireless company in terms of subscribers, but it is not paid for directly by the company. Nor is it paid for with "tax payer money," as the e-mail claims. Rather, it is funded through the Universal Service Fund, which is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company, an independent, not-for-profit corporation set up by the Federal Communications Commission. The USF is sustained by contributions from telecommunications companies such as "long distance companies, local telephone companies, wireless telephone companies, paging companies, and payphone providers." The companies often charge customers to fund their contributions in the form of a universal service fee you might see on your monthly phone bill. The fund is then parceled out to companies, such as América Móvil, that create programs, such as SafeLink, to provide telecommunications service to rural areas and low-income households

Oh that's a fantastic attitude:
"Whelp, looks like my profits are going to be cut into if I hire Americans. Screw America, I'm movin my business to the third-world where I can hire me some slaves and make a few bucks!"
That's disgusting.
But as a side note, the new hot place to hire slave wagers is Indonesia. India is starting to request actual fair wages for their employees.
