Since it doesn't move at all, and there is nothing around it to indicate it has moved across the dusty surface at any time, my guess is its a rock
with a pit for an eye. The shadows around it are consistent as well and without those shadows I believe the "guinea pig" shape wouldn't look nearly
as much like a terrestrial creature...
I'm more interested in the tube objects and changing colored seasonal "green" stuff.
Besides guinea pigs were developed as food anyways, maybe the rover brought it to help colonize.
