What don't you understand about foreclosures? What don't you understand about exoiberant taxation? What don't you understand about extremely high property taxes?

It had been happening from the very beginning, don't try to place the blame on the creation of the fed. Markets were under control of the robber barons for the entire existence of the US, up to that time.

I understand all of it and it is all bad, but it is a result of capitalism and not socialism. There isn't a more capitalist country than the US, so why try to place the blame on something that marginally exists in that country?

What has communism did to all the countries that have it? Greece? China? Russia?

The topic isn't communism but socialism.

And, communism did them wrong, but it doesn't change the fact that capitalism didn't do the US much better. At least not in the long run.

It should make you wonder if there is any difference at all.

Ok...so your not an American and you want to debate about our president and capitalism?
Fine.

But, how would you even understand America if you have never lived there?

and yes, since its creation, America has been embroiled in this battle. Thats the cost of being free.

Um croney capitalism is- when I'm elected to public office, and I make sure only my friends and family, or cllse buddies and business associates get the good contacts. And ensure kick backs from them to me I. Return for my services to them, once again retuning the favor I again reward them with all the good contracts, so they give me kickbacks again............repeat infinitum.
I don't know where your comming up with your "facts" but they are flat wrong. Google them if you don't believe me.

I grew up there so your point is moot.

You can believe that a battle was fought but the out come was decided by those who controlled the markets.

So Im an internet mind reader now?

You got some relevant info to your background then spit it out.

Pure American through and through here.

Anyways supply and demand are supposed to determine the markets, not some mad man. Thats what capitalism is all about,.

Being pure american doesn't give you any special insight to the state of affairs. The era of the robber barons is well documented. It was before the fed, so your claims that markets were manipulated only after the fed is wrong.

Look up the whiskey rebellion and find out how even the first president had no problem squeezing the tax dollars out of the citizenry.

Ok but whatever.

The compilation of your posts revealed that you are anti capitalist.

Yet you think capitalist is as you would say some robber baron determining the markets.

Well let me scratch my head for a minute.....

....because I believe you just described socialism or communism.

The actual implementations were exactly the same and it was nothing but capitalism. The ones who had the means profited from those who did not.

Or so they would have you think. All the systems ever implemented have worked the same regardless of the label they chose to put on it.

Supply and demand is the carrot they wave in front of you.

But here I am not denying that the US has moved away from free market capitalism and here you are arguing for socialism.

Who is the one reaching for the carrot on a stick?

ETA: anyways thats pure BS the third reich was responsible for around 20 million deaths. Thats 20 million deaths against what?

I'm not reaching for anything because I know that it is an exercise in futility.

You seem to be the one that has been duped into thinking free markets could ever be and they have you reaching for that which has never been.

But do they leave you alone?

No they don't, and they have never left any one alone. Not from before 1776 and not afterwards. Not if they could get something from them/you.

Whatever you BS'r

You know what Im tired of? Im tired of trying to take care of my family or at times I struggle just to take care of myself. Then some asshole comes along from some other country, never stating where they are from telling me that americans are such assholes and colonizing the planet, blah blah blah,

I think that maybe some of these people from other countries that accept money from the US government should all suck it if they want to tell me how I should live or any american should live when we are paying your way.

F# it. You all don't have the right to bear arms but we do. I think you all should kiss our ass and if you don't, we will come and assimilate you all.

Up yours!
