Give me the first part of the postcode of the area you look to move to please, we' ll see what the search gives and for the deposit there are several ways to get it, by the way as far as I remember it is illegal to ask for more than 2 months deposit.

Well, I'm all for Giving Northern Ireland back to its people, same with Scotland and Wales, Ireland and Scotland because they want their independence, and the Welsh... well, Because, I don't want them! aha.

Well it seems that the legislation is simply not there! So are council not bound by any law or provisions? Why can't I find any real informationon housing law?

Leave the Housing Act, tell me the area and I' ll do the search, cause yours is an urgency, so better to solve it quick. Council housing in this country is not available to the extent people think, private landlord and housing benefit is the fastest option here

The council offered us a bond but no one will take it. The deposit isn't a problem I have just enough savings to cover it.
