Proceeding posts included Pentagon 9/11 photos, firefighters discussing explosives in the world trade buildings, American Civil War possibilities... He posts a ton of stuff, that would usually be the norm on ATS. On Facebook though... I have no idea why anyone would post such things on facebook...

Well it shouldn't really matter whether it is posted to ATS or FB... why is one better than the other? Why can I be critical of the Government on ATS but not on FB? Well I can tell you why actually... because FB is not anonymous, they can easily track us down if we write something they don't like. Our name and picture is plastered right there next to everything we write on our "wall" or "timeline" or what ever the hell they call it these days. And now you can see why they are constantly trying to remove anonymity from the internet. They claim if "you don't have anything to hide then why would you need to be anonymous". Well now we god damn know why don't we... because of # like this, because of totalitarian control freaks who can't stand the fact we can question what they do. I have read so many different stories of people getting arrested for something stupid they posted on FB... when are people going to wake up and realize FB is a total intelligence gathering hub. The U.S. Government really is getting out of control, this is slowly reaching the breaking point... if we are so accountable to them why aren't they so accountable to us? WAKE UP.

I agree. I remember when the Internet was a baby....we started out wanting to be anonymous. That's why we came up w/ a different on-line name. I remember 20yrs ago almost when people like me were trying to warn the Government/ Feds were trying to take away our rights on-line...regulate their will on-line.

I also remember before FB came out and we were trying to warn that it was a government operated site! We warned about privacy and how they wanted to gain intell from user's.

The best way to stop all the FB crap....delete your account. It's already came out about face recognition software for FB. They claim it's for advertising....hahahahahahahahaha

You guys act like being able to be detained in a psych ward is something new. If someone reports you are making threats against yourself or others, the police have to check it out, or they could be held accountable if you go shoot up a bus.

Yes I just took the time to read it. And I must say it is 100% fact and truth. The part about men with machine hearts is clearly a reference to the famous Charlie Chaplin speech. He makes many references to that speech actually: "They fear human progress", "This life can be free and beautiful", "There are enough resources on this earth to feed everyone". His words are far from insane, they are the cold hard truth of reality, and you would hardly claim them to be insane were you to hear them spoken by Charlie Chaplin. He didn't say anything about putting chips in our brain, he just said "They want to put computer chips in you", and that is 100% true, they already have the RDIF chips being manufactured and several hundred people voluntarily have those chips planted under their skin. It is quite obvious to see the psychopaths in control are going to eventually require all people to be implanted with these chips, it is a very common conspiracy theory actually and there's a lot of evidence to suggest it is true, and it's certainly not a postulate which would indicate any sign of insanity.

He is also completely correct about the Federal Reserve and the dismantling of the constitution. That note is a brilliant piece of writing actually, a very insightful and intelligent piece of writing clearly written by a man who understands what is happening to the United States. If such a note were posted onto ATS it would receive countless flags and stars, especially if we were aware that it was written by a Marine veteran. I suggest you really take a hard look at your reasoning and logic if you believe any part of that note indicates any sign of insanity. I would argue that people who deny the facts he is stating, people who wish to label him crazy and insane for writing such things, are in fact the insane and delusional people who refuse to acknowledge the true state of reality.

1. Being detained to a psych ward for making certain comments on Facebook is certainly something new.
2. There is no indication he wrote anything threatening towards others or himself.
3. They didn't just "check it out", they arrested him without just cause. What law did he break?

What's the difference. One I can think of it's easier to find out who are you on FB rather than ATS. Not impossible, but clearly the harder route verse reading your profile

And no, it wasn't that at all, cause otherwise that's what the FBI would have told his mother. It was for specifically making supposedly "terroristic" threats. Now stating that "I am going to start a revolution," and "I'm tired of waiting" is enough to get you hauled off to mental institution. Sure glad they didn't haul off George Washington for that- though they tried.

The bottom line is unless they have actionable evidence that he was making a move towards a violent act, when his mother has clearly stated that he has never been violent, then this is total BS. And he's being used as an example of what the Fourth Reich will do to any dissenting veterans. To send a message. Obama did it with Terry Lakin. And now they're doing it to Raub. While the "brothers" do nothing but yap.

I am saddened that most who have posted a response to this are just simply blind to the fact that unfortunately, this guy IS a threat.

If you read his posts dating back to July, it is clear that he was about to do "Something."

The Feds, CIA, FBI, and DHS all have word tracking capabilities in every bit of data that transmits throughout the web. They look for key words, combinations of key words, timing of certain key words, etc. This specialized software, for scanning all data on the net, was implemented by the Clinton Administration. I am drawing a blank to its name, though. It was like Condor, Falcon, or some other bird...I just am unable to remember its name. Basically, everything you email, post, or speak via wire / wireless can be heard and translated and then analyzed.

Write the word "OBAMA" and you are going to get flagged and looked at. Sorry, that is the plain truth of it.

Combine that word with other words, like "Revolution" and you are now twice likely to get looked at.

The NSA, for example, listens to every voice conversation and pulls out patterns of speech, and has an algorithm for speech recognition.

Yes, this guy has a 1st and 4th amendment right. I am not disputing that.

His pyramid scheme seems to tie into his diferent rants he does. A rant the world is going to end buy gold here some that im selling. Elan Pfalzgraf is tied into this gold scheme and is also a fraud investigator. Seems strange to me.

I have read his posts, I just read his "note" I see nolthing in any of them other than the fact he is a easy target to further push their anti Veteran agenda. I don't necessari?y agree with all he said, but I do agree with most of it whole heartedly.

We do need to out these rats in office, including the POTUS. He is a worth less piece of....what's that stuff that falls from your posterior? I agree with most od his charges.

Our president has intentionally ruined the lives on many here at home with his croney capitalism, he does support a known. Terrorist, and proud to admit it mill aires, he has close ties to many types of revoluting people, every member of his cabnet are guilty of many crimes that would find us regular joes in jail. Millions in tax eveasion for many years, voter suppression,justice department giving passes to many illegal activities, lying , cheating, stealing, ....god the liist is too big, I am not writing it all out, you guys already know.

Not to mention how our murdering POS...I mean POTUS, FLAT OUT MURDER, 2 americans without trial or any evidence presented at all! He simply pointed and said terrorist kill him! Even though, the same man was on our payroll for decades.

This entire .gov needs the be arrested tried and punished( some with life imprisonment, others with the death penalty)

Not to mention the fact they flat out admit they are imprisoning Americans witbout charge or trial for a unlimited amount of time.

Having said all that, does anyone wander why so many keep snapping? I can tell you why.
