Jerry Sandusky: Pedophile. Found Guilty.

Yeah , we pretty much knew he was guilty when he admitted to sharing showers. Sandickski is gonna have alot of fun in jail atleast. Plenty of shared showers, OR will he go the OJ rich people jail ?

I have no personal penitentiary experience, but I'm willing to bet someone will look the other way. I wish I could say if I were a guard I would uphold my duty, but this guy kills me and I think I would let someone take care of him. I have often heard prisoners have their own justice in this situation. I feel segregation from the general population is too good for him. He ruined many lives and this is one case that I feel he does not deserve to live another day. Too much evidence, too many lost children, it is too much...

I do not support capital punishment in any case except special circumstance murder.

the letters he wrote
the testimonies of the victims
the university admitting that have had concerns and reports but did # all
the fact he admited to showering with the boys to show them how to soap up

I think i'll forgive you for playing devils advocates as you probably didn't have all the evidence

ETA: IMO i agree that there are some cases where 'guility until proven innocence' occurs in the media and of course sheeps eat it up , zimmerman and casey anthony are ones that come to mine . But in this instance it was completely different

I posted in a much older Sandusky topic on here about the "showering with boys" thing.

I consider it strange to shower other children then your own. I do not consider it sexual abuse or molestation. It is only strange because society deems it as strange - in the past something such as this would be passed by with a simple glance.

As far as the "love letters", the only physical evidence that actually exists... once again - evidence of a strange, creepy man - a conclusion I could have made just by watching him speak in any of his interviews in the past. Proven child molester? Pedophile? Not quite yet.

I have met many creepy men in my life. I have heard stories of many creepy men in my life. Of those creepy man, most of them are just that - creepy... stalker like even. They were not child molesters.

I know the "evidence" and there is little. There are stories... OLD stories. Very old stories. In the event that these people would have come forward when this happened there would be the element of dating the crimes, placing the suspect at the scene of the alleged crime, and various other pieces of actual evidence besides STORIES. Considering these stories are so old, that was not really possible. It was just a matter of whether or not the story was convincing enough to make the common man believe - regardless of whether it is true or not.

People are good liers. Do not forget this.

Do ANY of you know...how the game operates? I've heard a lot of talk about "denying ignorance"...but see it's running ramped. It's not too difficult, setting people up...to take the fall. It's not difficult paying off people to say, "so and so did such and such". Heck, it's not that difficult, when you're in position of power, to have those you're trying to destroy, destroy themselves, for them.

Question: HOW DO YOU KNOW, Sandusky will even be sent to prison? How do you know, this wasn't a DOG AND PONY show? Is it POSSIBLE, for Sandusky to give those statements....knowing that if he didn't, WORSE would happen? I'm surprised DEATH wasn't an option.

I also read somewhere, that Michael Jackson was about to expose the pedophile ring, running throughout the music industry; as he was a victim of child abuse; and passed around, to those at the top...like a cheap prostitute. Even more ridiculous - let's ALL claim that we never came out about it before because we were ALL scared. Every single one of us, and any supposed evidence that we did come forward in the past is conveniently missing or dead. Hmmm.


So... decade plus old stories manage to put a guy away for life in prison and the public to label him as a sex offender, a pedophile, a child molester, ect. The guy, being creepy and weird to begin with, was setup for failure from the very beginning.





I am a man of justice. Evidence. Timely charges. There is a difference if any of these charges would have come forward before, and if they were apparently dismissed, continued to do so. The emotion behind these events skews the logic of all, and the timing raising questions that no one wants to answer or justify. They would much rather just feel pity towards the alleged "victims" then to question the inconsistencies.

I don't know if Sandusky is innocent, but our courts are SUPPOSED to prove guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt" and for me, and any logical thinking person - there still should be "reasonable doubt".

So in your opinion, kids should have no recourse when RAPED..why don't we use that word?

No one else is going to be there in almost all cases. I also think getting all the guys to tell believable lies that 12 people see as truth would be a difficult thing to pull off.

While I agree that people can be set-up, this is one person who is obviously guilty. Though I very much think there might be others involved.

No one held a grudge against this guy. Remember when this story came out and there were riots against firing Paterno? People hated that this story came out - it benefited no one. These weren't recovered memories, a custody battle, or racism.

I would like to know about the missing DA who was going to bring charges.

Difficult to pull of lies that people believe? Are you serious? Our own government blatantly lies to us and the majority of people don't think twice, how is this any different?

And not caring for whildren being raped? Not sure where I said that. As I said in my other post, there are reasons that crimes need to be heard about in a REASONABLE time, so that things such as times and dates, subject placements, and alibis can be taken into consideration. Every single allegation was vague and happened a long time ago, anyone who buys the fact that not a single one of these families came forward in the past, and if they did and "nothing was done" they simply gave up, you are all delusional.

Because of the vagueness of the stories, the guy wasn't even able to defend himself. And as for the "witness" testimony, I'm pretty sure the charges involving the so called witnesses were the ones thrown out due to not even having a named victim.

When it comes to logic, in my eyes it is just too damn late and too damn bad, and if they people did come forward a decade ago, if this was so important to them, then why the hell did they simply let it go until now?


You don't have to be a cat to smell the fish surrounding this case, and you have to really stretch your emotions if you honestly see any type of proof that is anything more then assumptions and accusations made on a creepy old man who couldn't even reasonably defend himself, and who was judged guilty from the getgo.

Well, after READING some of the testimonies...i have nothing but QUESTIONS. 1 question i have is this: he was bringing 'boys' into a Division 1A University shower room, and NO ONE NOTICED or said anything??? Come on now. That doesn't sound a little FAR-FETCHED???

I personally believe, Sandusky is nothing more than a fall guy. Maybe, he KNEW TOO MUCH! How better to discredit someone, than with a pedophilia charge? Dude was GUILTY before he even got his "fair" trial!! It took jurors 20 hours to convict him? I read some of the testimony...and i was hardly convinced. There was a lot of "he said, she said".

Also, these days...if you got money, and are trying to 'cover-up' something...it's not that hard to pay people off...that are starving. Who wouldn't take a million bucks, to give a made up testimony???? Jus' sayin'!!!

As interesting as that is... I would kind of like to know a little bit more about the story.
