Cheney had NORAD stood down and was running a war exercise with a complete Norad Radar system in front of him and saw everything that was going on real time but you must have done the research on it or maybe you didn't care enough . Just because you didn't care enough to research it doesn't mean it didn't happen . The exercise was what if terrorist fly jetliners into the WTC and Pentagon . You can access this report if you want . Norman Mineta attested before Congress that Dick Cheney was running war exercises at 9:00 am when he arrived at the BUNKER where all the radar screens were located . Dick denied it . Norman Mineta was the Secretary of Transportation .

Umm...it's logical to have anti-missile systems embedded in high-priority areas. It's also logical not to publish where these systems may be. I'm just using reason, since I live in a country whose government is far from transparent.

Your Ignorance astounds me . I first heard the news report on where the president and vice president was located and what they were doing while the attack was in progress . Cheney was running war games but the news did not elaborate any further . Look up Norman Mineta's testimony to congress about where Cheney was . It's there . Before you call a man an idiot be sure you went to every length to prove him wrong .

Umm...it's logical to have anti-missile systems embedded in high-priority areas.

That would make sense if you had a reasonable expectation of an attack from some airborne threat. We didn't and we don't.

The military has contingency plans for every thing conceivable . Any aircraft that big would have an escort very quickly especially in that sensitive area any time the ATC lost contact with it .

I don't know what a "gigher possibility" is? And yes, I already googled it. If your point is that America was not in danger from attack by foreign countries in 2001, then I agree. The attack was orchestrated by people within this government.

How would Mineta know? He was not there. By that same testimony, he did not arrive until the evac of the White House began. That began somewhere around 9:35. It was at that time that the Secret Service took him from his office to the "bunker". Scroll up, we have already discussed this in this very thread.

I have to take exception with that characterization. Most of what is known and verified out there is due to the work of truthers.
