You experience occasions when you were just thinking of somebody, and they contact you, right?

Yess, I have a disgust-based fear of insects and arachnids.

I have a ringing in my ears when televisions or a microwave is running.

I could be in the basement, and the tv could be muted two floors up. The minute I walk into a residence, I hear a high pitch ring. I think that happens to alot of people, but your situation is a bit different, I had issues with SLI for many years, but thats as weird as it has got for me.

Ok I would LOVE some more info about this! All my life I have experienced the effect of thinking about something, and it coincidently pops up somewhere later that day (including people), I did a month of spiritual yoga recently and noticed that I was super sensitive to certain energies. I did this course on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand, you would probably know it for the full moon party. I felt great the whole time, but days leading up to, plus the night of the full moon party came along and I felt like this heavy negative energy was hanging over me! I wasn't even near the area that it was held, but I felt terrible - then day after I felt great again. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the fact that is was the full moon, or all of the negative energy coming from the party goers.
Also, I have been experiencing severe ringing in my ears recently. When I'm in a silent room, it's so loud, but also - sometimes my hearing will completely shut off in one of my ears and there will just be a loud ringing for maybe 30 seconds, and it then it slowly fades away. I also hear the high pitched ringing of TVs, and other electricals.
It doesn't happen when people are coming closer though - that's the different thing about my experience with it. Could it be that I have spirits close to me? I never see orbs, but my mother foud a recent photo of me and pointed out that there was an orb right on me in the photo, and said it means there is a spirit or angel guiding me.

I just don't know what to make of all of it, it's so confusing because it's so different to being 'normal' - sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy!
Ive also noticed that when I'm just drifting off to sleep, JUST before I fall asleep, I hear faint voices. I have heard that this has something to do with being an empath (I don't know what an empath is), and it is your consciousness switching into a higher level of consciousness. Does having extremely vivid dreams have anything to do with it? I just know that my intuition about certain situations and experiences is VERY strong. Some info would be awesome if anyone knows what I'm going through! Thanks

i know exactly what you mean about your hearing shutting off in one of your ears and there just be ringing, that happens to me. The weird thing for me though, maybe im just weird lol, but for me the ringing doesnt actually sound like i am hearing it in my ears i feel almost like i hear it in the back part of my brain. Maybe that makes sense to someone out there but i dont hear the ringing in the normal way that i hear regular sounds, they definitely just sound like my brain hears them cuz like i said, i can feel the ringing in like the back of my brain, its a weird sensation. And im not totally 100% sure of what an empath is but it seems like all of my experiences point to me being an empath, and i have read somewhere that it has to do with emotions. Like i feel like i can control peoples emotions or something, cuz if someone is angry or freaking out, i just think calming thoughts and they start calming down. Also in crowded place i myself feel like i am being effected by everyone elses emotions, like i am feeling the emotions of everyone in the room at the same time and sometimes it gives me little panic attacks or something. And also i seem to get like emotional visions or something that seems to deal with numbers, like i have certain indicator numbers that pop up in my life at random moments and when i see them i feel a certain emotion. Like if i feel happy or optimistic when i see an indicator number something good will either happen very soon in my life or in the outside world that deals with me depending on the number i saw, and the opposite happens when i feel uneasiness or dread when i see an indicator number.

I get the ringing in my ears, but it's all the time. A metallic, high pitch sort of 'eeeeeeeee' sound. Had it all my life and nope, it's not tinnitus. It doesn't just happen when people are nearby or approaching, it's just constant.

However, at the risk of sounding like a fruitcake, I believe it's linked to other things I experience ie seeing auras, feeling negative people etc. I mean to say, I think that you've got some skills there that could be developed if you wish.

I also agree that it could very well be the increase in noise, ie microwaves, wifi/mobile phones, satellite, radio etc.... As there are people now complaining more about it than say 10 years ago.

Having said all that, you're not alone buddy, I sympathise!

Idk i dont think that this could be related to the technology you mentioned since this has been happening all my life and i havent noticed an increase in ringing as technology progressed. And yeah i, too, can see auras and feel negative people. Those skills are also something that i am definitely not a stranger to.

I too feel "a disturbance in the force"
I always just chalked it up to being extra sensitive to electromagnetic fields. I only get a "high pitched ringing" feeling if something like a television is cut on, but there is no input on, ie TV is on (black screen) but Cable Box, Xbox or bluray is still off.

Interesting! Is your experience on feeling negative people (energy) sort of like mine? Ie. when I am at a busy train station I feel drawn, ripped, torn in multiple directions, overwhelmed suddenly with sadness or blinding anger.... Alas no, not Bipolar sorry. It's probably the best I can say to describe it.

ETA: I do find however that when I am filled with positivity or have been meditating ( sure need to do that on the trains to stop me from yelling at teenagers) that those feelings above are more neutralised. And brings more focus.

The ringing in the ears is a condition called tinnitus aurium, and could be caused by any of a great many diseases or injuries. It is treatable, although I think not completely curable. Frequently the sounds inside the ears are related to internal body effects such as blood pressure, pulse or heartbeat, etc.

I suggest that when you know or sense that someone is approaching you, your heart beats a little faster and/or your blood pressure rises a bit - perhaps out of concern that they might try to talk to you and you will have trouble understanding them - and that causes the internal ringing to increase.

I urge you to see an audiologist or, more specifically, an ENT (ear nose & throat) specialist.

Hi am new to this thread, I suffer from ringing in the ears which is often defined as Tinnitus, debilitating to say the least, however I have never heard anything like this before, I read the planet Nibiru is effecting peoples ears as it comes closer due to planetary alignments, I've had this condition for over 4 years and its getting worse, for your sake and everyone else who is unfamiliar with this medical condition, it can drive a person nuts, so I would get it checked out ASAP, as for the strange occurrences your experiencing concerning it, I can certainly truly believe it, my father suffered with strange psychic abilities, and anyone who knew him would vouch for it, however I dont want to scare you, but he had a brain tumour, his abilities were somewhat different from your own, needless to say he had other symptoms which rendered him to his bed whilst being very sick with it, I have been searching the net due to my own ringing ears, if I come across anything I feel is useful to your own circumstances I'll get back to you,

Ok i appreciate you comment, but, again, i do not have tinnitus. The ringing in my ears is not constant or debilitating. It ONLY happens when someone is approaching. I have had this my whole life, so i have been to the doctor and i dont have some kind of condition or anything. I am very healthy.

The other argument could be that it's an auditory hallucination... But personally for me that doesn't make any sense... Why would I experience it from childhood onwards?

I also experience this. Say when someone is with 20 feet of me i get this ringing like sensation in my ears somewhat high pitched. I love it.
