makes you wonder if the second call is really from the same guy. I could see the Government trying to cover that up and they have the technology to change people's voices so they sound like someone else
on a side note: 1913 was also the year the Federal Reserve was creatededit on 23-5-2012 by knoledgeispower because: (no reason given)

What makes you think the second caller was Maynard?
Second line.
Because he's a prankster and I just think it's him. No rock-solid evidence; just intuition is all.

I caught that in my research. I clarified that point here.
The idea is it might not have been him on the call-back. The coincidence of the satellite going down is keeping me from accepting that at this point. I have to keep digging.
The other idea in the thread is that the call was maybe Maynard playing a prank.
We have audio specialists here at ATS that could give some insight on the matter.
I was really hoping we might catch their attention by now.

How did Maynard knock out the satellite?

OP, I hope you don't mind, but I think your thread deserves some attention and further exploring.
Here are the youtube videos of the area 51 caller.

So basically the person in the OP's quote, said something in a language made up 400 years ago by two old men, and saw stuff... I mean that's the gist of it right?
Yeah I used to hear voices before going to sleep... then I realized it was my neighbours.
I try to be open minded so please, if anyone wants to clarify go right ahead.
I know it probably sounds like I'm trying to mock someone, but really I'm not.

Cloning the spectral character of a voice is technically easy. Every DigitalAudioWorkstation has the capability these days. Duplicating the person's phrasing/syntax is harder, but it can be done with some training. Just look up youtube with some celeb impersonators.
I know for a fact what you mention is true..
The FBI has a table top model made by Lanier office products that samples a voice.. then allows any person to speak in real time using this new voice copied from someone else..
To my knowledge, that item is still considered classified..
This device was first made around 1980-1984
